Yeah it's weird. Might have something to do with the colour of the helmets, or that there are 2 peskys on the track. There might be 2 different ones, but since I have a red helmet and bombe has a green one that might be it.
In real life, if more than one car is entered for a team, they need clear colour markings to disingiush if keeping the same livery. They will have different numbers but will also have a different color code. Take F1, they have either a red or yellow bar above the drivers head indicating driver one or two. In LMP cars they have the wing mirrors usually or in Audi's case they have the cars painted with large amounts of either red, yellow or black (german flag) on the cars to indicate which of the three it is. With that car, it is a green bar around the air intake hoop for car 1 and a red ringfor car two. All Peskys are similar. Take the C60 Hybride. That has green wing mirrors for car 1 and red for car two. Nothing to do with amount on track or driver helmet
Did some racing with Jake and PJ tonight and eventually Bermuda and Mr Racing Gloves. I should race with you more Drum. You are like me when I started but with gloves. You weren't amazingly quick, could drive the cars and have a headset and willing to talk to everyone.
We raced at Fuji alot where PJ was fastest a tad followed by Jake and Bermuda with PJ and Jake even and me setting my usual lap time of LeadersPace +1 second.
However when I got PJ talking about the possibilities of either R246 or SSR5, we switched to SSR5 and I found something remarkable (no one drove at all at R246), the whole LeadersPace +1second has been switched round and applied to Jake with em as the leaders pace. The best lap Jake did was a low 1.12 which I should of struggled to beat. I did a 1.11.4 to quali for a 5 lap race on pole =D and then in the race I had a okay first lap with Jake hounding me (Jake, on the start finish on the end of lap 1, you just hit me rather than passed so I'm abit confused) but then lap 2 and 3 were both 1.11.2s with lap 4 being a dreadful 1.11.8 (wtf happened on this lap?) and then lap 5 was even worse... a 1.12. In the end I won the race by nearly 8 seconds with Jake in second (I beat Jake, think about that me, golfer199, mister Jamman's rear gunner, beat Jake, Jammans rival, by 8 seconds in a 5 lap race) so at SSR5 I have both consitent high speed pace and consistency to not crash. If we race there, I think the start of the formation lap will mark me being 1 hour away from my first win but I don't want to get my hopes up until I know what Jamman can do (Jamman, I'm not giving you any tips on being fast or set up at that round since you dont care about it) and I know pit stops will be crucial at that circuit since tyre wear is very high I'm certain.
I AM THE MAVERICK OF THE NIGHT (would be night
s but I'm not great at Sarthe)
EDIT: Bermuda, rule clarification noted. I will make sure Jamman knows and the others do too since that is a faster way to pit stop. Oh and do we have to follow the entire white lines on entry?
