Norchliefe is a good time trial track, but is horrible for racing with these cars.

Ring 24hr would be fine with slower cars, but the old track section with LMPs will be a disaster.

I think BK is the only Person in this league who likes Tokyo, but hey we keep visiting Indy which is a boring flat infield track with no charm so why not right ?

We really need the track list and event dates decided on long before 3 days before the first scheduled race.

Like, we scratch our heads and wonder why more drivers don't sign up or show up…people have no idea what to expect. Thread title still says it's the preseason.

Round 1: 11/12 - Daytona Road Course - 1 pace + TBD
Round 2: 11/19 - Nurburgring GP/F - 1 pace + TBD
Round 3: Date TBD - Suzuka / wx - 1 Pace TBD
Round 4: Date TBD - Spa Francorchamps / wx - 1 Pace + TBD Laps
Round 5: Date TBD - Mazda Laguna Seca - 1 Pace + TBD Laps
Round 6: Date TBD - La Sarthe 2009 24h / wx - 1 Pace + TBD Laps

You 3 can create your own team. We also now have 21 Drivers, I wont take any more, but that should cover the 6-5 people that we have miss a race every weekend.

Right, so, I'm just planning December month and I will of course have time to race, but since my primary focus is going to be on my project (Dec 1 - Dec 21) the amount of practice will be low and looking through replays etc is very unlikely - so, if I can skip the series duties (stewarding, standings updating) I would be very pleased about that.

Idk how the schedule for December was planned anyway, but I wouldn't imagine skipping all of the Saturdays that month

Well I did finally find out how to drive smoothly today after seemingly forgetting a while ago.

Anyway, is golfer any good? I remember from pre-season 3 testing that Maverick was really fast(1.29.0 at Daytona, regulations have changed since), you (Peter) were almost as fast and I was about a 0.5 to 1.0 seconds off.

I remember I just did a few laps and didn't check anyone elses times.

That preseason was epic. First ever event for me, and me, in a Minolta, was .006 off of Maverick, in an unballasted Bentley, at Daytona Road.

Golfer is utter rubbish. No, not really. Golfer is a very seasonal driver, but at the same time, inconsistent, and likes to joke around more than actually do serious racing. He's got potential, but he needs to grow up and get serious first. He's also easily the fastest driver at Special Stage Route 5, of anyone. He'd be S class if he had that pace everywhere. I'd also be S class if I didn't have such horrible inconsistency and bad luck.

I should stop being lazy and practice this season, I used to run midpack and frustrate the hell out of Bermuda and AyrtonSenna (hommes) during the first few seasons.

I wasn't quite the fastest at SSR5. Jamm and Tom were faster. But yeah, if I was that fast everywhere and Mav didn't show up, I won probably be multiple series champion due to Jamm and Tom having dreadful connections.
