The right side is the right side to drive on. Its only The UK / Bermuda / & Japan that can't get it straight like the rest of the world.
 
I agree with BK here. Germany invented the car so that get first say on automotive stuff for me. However if they say that cars are damaging the enviroment and must be limited to 15 mph then someone else gets first say.
 
Actually, Britain drives on the right side of the road. During the French revolution, they decided to change everything and starting driving on the right and all of the other countries followed suit.

That's what I was told anyway lol.

In the build up to the French Revolution in 1790 the French Aristocracy drove their carriages at great speed on the left hand side of the road, forcing the peasantry over to the right side for their own safety.

Very early motorcars followed the principle of a horse driven carriage and the driver was seated in the middle. Once the owners of the vehicles realised what fun they were to drive they wanted their wife/companion to sit with them so the decision had to be made, which side

The side of the steering wheel followed the tradition in the country so that the first cars (Benz in Germany) were left hand drive as they drive on the right. The major exception to this was racing.

What you don't seem to understand golfer is there was means of transport in the French Revolution, even if it wasn't cars.

In preparation for future Le Mans series and iRacing - Im sick of waiting for the Clubsport Wheel to be releases with that sexy F1 rim. sooo Fanatec CSR Elite with Club Sport Pedals or keep my lame G27 ............

I've created a gtp le mans video using iMovie uploading it now. The replay was captured off a screen so it may not come out so great...

That should be nice to watch. Just make sure that you use the edit button in post number 2153 rather than a whole new post. You've already double posted. And it wasn't as if you used excellant grammar to correct your mistake of a double post.
