I've got it set to 720p, always have. :indiff:

I believe it's related to the super slim PS3, but GT5 didn't have this problem.

The time slot for NA practice for the WRS. They scheduled it for 7:00 pm Central, but there is no room open for it. What I don't get is you guys have these different practice slots to offer, and granted the European room is usually quite busy, but the NA room is not even in place at this time. For those of us who didn't come to the European practice, this is usually the next best thing. It makes me think why the time slot for NA practice is even there to begin with.

If this puts me into trouble for speaking my mind, well that's too bad.

I was just wondering that myself. The last room seems closed so ill open a new one. One sec...

Well you cannot expect one of the stewards to be available at that time every week. It's just not always possible. If that is the case, there is nothing stopping anyone else creating the lobby and posting the ID. As long as you set the room up to the correct specs, then it's no problem, just because a steward didn't set it up.

It's true not many people show up at the time. There's usually a few drivers around 11 30 EST (10 30 central), if you can make them.

Signed up fort EU race.
What braken balance do you Guus use for best solid Braking and which TC? Drove the TT without TC bit that is risky in the race.

I'm sorry for that guys. If you like, I'll change it.
No need to change it. Just so long as you understand my point :)

I've been using no TC, and 5/5. But the car gets around alot under braking so you may want to consider a front brake bias like Thematic is using.
Does qualy will be in the dark too?
The quali will be at the same time as the time set for the race start.
Today's practice reminded me of my first night scuba dive
Did you guys set it to 8am start? Do you think it's too dark at that time? We can shift it later by 30 minutes or an hour if you think it's really dark? When I was testing I found it to be light enough at that time, but perhaps I am of a different opinion?

If will be more than 10 players in the room, might be a big diference in lightning for first and last player

I don't get it? Everyone's on the same track, it's the same lighting no matter whether you are in first or last.

We splited qualify into two parts in Monaco (Room B). The same is written in this race. Second part of drivers will run after first part drivers do three laps and return to pits, after that second part will go to track for qualy. I'm right? With the time progresion 10, first driver in first group will get much darker track than last driver in second group. Diference will be at least 3 laps time (plus returning to pits for first group and exiting for qualy for second group). With time progresion 10 it could be a big diference.

I found starting the race at 8am wasn't bad if you was running clear at the front as you could still pick out visual brake markers.
but if you was behind a few cars the shadows made It more of a issue on 1st corner and at the chicane in brake zones.
I think between 8:30-9:00 would be better .

There will be the same conditions for all in the race, whenever race starts. I'm about qualify. Or maybe time for second group will be reset to 8,00 too?

Not being funny, but doesn't the name of this race break the AUP?
Possibly yes. An admin came up with it though, so you can feel free to ask him :P

I see what you mean. Yeh I guess it will be slightly different time. Not sure there is much we can do about that though.

Has anyone considered moving the AU races to BEFORE EU so that more EU and NA drivers can play and make sure they have the min numbers to be official.

What time were you thinking? How many hours before EU would you have it be?

Please don't change the Time Settings for this race. I like seeing dusk and dawn during the race. It makes things a little less boring when I'm driving around by myself if the sun and clouds moved and changed color. If someone does change it, please make the race start earlier...but that might scare off some people that get paranoid about driving at night.
