It appears that I miscalculated pvr's total points last week - I thought he needed to finish in 1st or 2nd place to win the current racing session... but I was wrong. He only need to finish on the podium to win it all - and he did! Congratulations to pvr77 for his very impressive win! He was consistently on the podium for each week's challenge and he racked up a lot of points for his efforts. Way to go, pvr!
Second place overall was MVR08, who was also impressive in his late run at the title of
'champion'. Equally noteworthy is Dan360, who held on to second place for all the events up until last week. It was a close finish for all:
pvr77 --- 48 points
MVR08 -- 47 points
Dan360 - 45 points
I want make a special mention of vaughan, who has continued to show improvement each and every week. We look forward to seeing how far he comes this next racing session! Although he didn't have a clean lap to submit for the official standings for this past week's challenge, he'll get a fresh start (like the rest of us) for this next upcoming racing session!
Like vaughan, Oni91 didn't make an official submission this past week either, but we hope to see him for the start of the next group of challenges! I will also be happy to see Spiral join us there too!
pvr77 - Please step forward and accept your trophy for winning GTPlanet's WTAC:
*Sorry for the crappy looking trophy!
