I gifted my fully tuned Nissan, which I used for seasonal race 1, to my second account.
Winning this race brings me up to level 16.
Unlocking special events ,earning 1.000.000 credits,opening races at a-spec level expert and how I did it,do not know,but all Nurburgring tracks unlocked for practice and arcade.

If this is not enough to persuade you......then I book a ticket next summer and come in person to your house to do some races while drinking your beer!

if you set the car to online mode when you're done with it isn't it kind of in a parc ferme state and viewable by anyone on your friend list (like a steward)?

in order to be eligble to compete in the time trials entrants must complete a "qualifier lap" this is the same for every entrant and depending on the outcomes of the lap decides the entrants class for the WRS. The qualifier event is usually run offline and a replay and sector times posted to the judge. The track, car and judge have yet to be named (this is named on 1/1/11.) I would say the time trials will then start 1-2 weeks after the qualifier has been announced to give people time to perform the qualifier and for the laps to be reviewd.

All i can recomend is to create a GTP_ username ready for the qualifier and time trials.

They will more than likely be 2 different events. The first week will be just a qualifier and then the next week will be the first race. At least that is how it was when i was racing back during gt2 and 3.
