I saved my ghost replay; but it did not choose the ghost that was my best lap?

I goofed it up, but was slow anyways.

Doesn't it just save your sessions' best lap's ghost?

The time it shows on the top right in the replay is the previous best lap. If you look at the live timing, it should be the splits of your best lap. As long as the time in the replay info in the replay theatre is the lap you are after, you should be OK.

Yes. The correct laptime should show in the menu screen where you load the replay.

When the replay first comes up, it will show your prior best lap, and the sector times that show in the live timing screen will be from the last lap run.

As you pass each sector mark, the sector times will update. At the end of the lap, the saved best laptime should show.

A combination of internet connection problems, work and going away for the weekend meant I've had no opprotunity to rerun this weeks event. :(

Can't miss out on the very first GT5 WRS though so will be submitting my rather poor effort from last sunday.

Good luck everyone. 👍

I've made a small improvement with my second session. I don't ever intend to put any more effort in than this so could some of you guys ease off a little? :P

Submitting with:
T1: 15.378
T2: 19.478

Good luck everyone. :)

My first race out of the way! That was fun, I'm new to tuning so races that require it will definitely force me to figure things out.

T1: 15.473
T2: 19.337

Here are a couple of pix I got out of it...

I am submitted with the splits currently posted on the leaderboard. Fetchbot accepted me on the first try. He's so sweet, for a bot.

I had fun in this combo.

Fun combo! Great job by the organizer & great to see so many participate. As with every week wish I had more time. I ran a little over 80 miles.

Oh & I also want to thank those sharing tunes, it really helps someone like me who is (#1) a bad tuner, & (#2) usually short on time. Thanks!

15.578
19.855

EDIT: Bot accepted by time - Hooray!

Well, I tried my best for the 90 minutes I had at it. It was pretty hard, didn't really have a proper plan on how to tackle each corner, which made for a sloppy time (my best lap had me fully drifting around the first corner).

T1: 15.483
T2: 19.679

Sorry D1 lads, kinda let you all down a bit. :nervous:

I was able to squeeze in one more session before the "bell," and shave another 0.272 off my previously submitted time.

Good luck to all!

BTW, thanks to Ramon for the tune.

Hey I'm interested to know how much time does it take to get the results posted? I mean, what needs to be done in order to post the results?

And believe me, I don't say that because it's long, I couldn't do a tenth of what OLR mods are doing
