Pretty sure this will be a short week for me. Not liking the car and the half hour I spent was making me see red. :indiff: There's maybe a tenth for me in T1 but I don't think I'll be able to reproduce T2. It's like it has grip and then suddenly doesn't.

Well, I must say this has tested my patience - I've found I just don't have enough for this one, but I reckon I can try again later in the week, just not right now. Best from my first session is this:

Probably because I struggle normally, but also I am off this week, so put in more than the normal 5 lap sprints before having to do something.

I guess this is what happens when you multitask space flight with car production. I'm just wondering how the smoke gets generated....maybe it's my attitude thrusters :sly:
You can reverse at speed with this car too. There seems to be the same performance backwards as forwards :).

How on earth did you do that? There is no curb that helped you launch the car. Looks like Michael Knights car :lol:

It's a bug on HSR.Short moment after the second photo just before the second turn it's on the ground again :)

Or if you change camera...it's only the initial replay camera which does this and as you said it kind of lands slowly as you go up the hill. It was actually there I noticed it first because you get the four little wheel shadows under the car. Still it was a cool pic - jet car ;)

Btw - my last splits were BB 0/0 and ABS 10 :lol: got me 4th place!

All Hard Surfaces are considered Track Surface. This includes tarmac, painted tarmac, red and white rumbles, and concrete

So the white rumbles on the last long right-hander are track too? They're not red and white but they're hard :)

I haven't been accepted into the registry yet, but I had some time to kill before work and thought I would see how I faired. Not to bad for a beginner.

I cannot figure out the first turn for the life of me. Tried it every way I can imagine (except the right one) only to see my ghost fly by.

I've had a high 7 and mid 8, so there's ooh....a whopping tenth there. Can the last proper turn be done flat? I have to lift slightly.

I'm also lifting slightly on entry - that's not to say it can't be done flat but I've not managed it yet.

Seems I'm playing a game of reverse psychology with myself; deciding to have a week off has made me want to run more.... and in-spite of the fact I hate this track and the whistle of this car is giving me a headache.

Suffering can be ended by attaining dispassion... :sly:
