Damn, I feel like I'm still back at the Ring trying to get a clean lap. Every good lap I've checked turns out to be dirty on that very last part of the track. :banghead:

It is soooo easy to get one or two tires up on the concrete inside the rumbles there Mitch. Many of my good laps have been thrown away there as well. Just need to concentrate there and stay wide. I found just altering my turn in a fraction of a second latter really helps.

Using Praiano's tune this time. Seen a couple of 16.5xx in T1. Just need to work out first corner of T2. Can't do it the same way twice.

Thanks for the advice. Getting ready to give it another go here in a few minutes.

Back after a long, long while. The combo made me feel like it was still playing gt2 for a minute there..
ten or so laps (not that i'm any faster after that)

I was wondering when you'd show up!!! I'll be off pace for awhile I think. I sold my g27 and racing seat last Friday, but moved my ps3 into the bedroom on a night stand. (Went over like a turd in a punch bowl with the wife) but I'm looking forward to the competition!! So far my fastest in t1 was a .463 and I was trying to figure out t3 before I had to go to work. I'm no doodle :P I look forward to pushing you this week Mitch.

As I do you. 👍 You and the others always seem to bring out the best in me when we have our little "duals". Good fun.

First go, but already had a car at full power and with a decent tune.

Nice splits Chris, and I have to say, its been too long since the phrase "thrash it mercilessly" has left your keyboard, makes me feel like all is right with the world. :)

Missing something in T1. Saw a 9xx but once and cannot recreate it to save my life. Think I am blowing it braking into the tunnel but the left before that isn't consistent either. Working with my own time for the moment but may try the others later.

Thrashed. With no mercy.

Best T1 was a 16.401 (threw it away somewhere), saw a T2 in the high 26.6's (dropped it like it didn't matter),
T3 is more consistent than the force of gravity on Earth:D:tdown:, and T4 I just floor the hell out of it.

Enjoying this one, in case I didn't mention it.
Oh, and still looking for shy of 1sec on the lap. :dopey:

A lot of comfort to be agressive without a lot of skills, i've done a first split around 16.150 with it. Still room, just a few for me.

Short testrun after breaking the car in and using the tune from Chris.

Finally i come back to a higher ride height and softer compression. Still a high extension to maintain the car in the first left right. This point is crucial for a good fast lap. Only with this soft settings, using a longer springs course, i can manage a very fast pass. I did several 16.120 with this.
Perhaps it's just for me but a stiffer setting make me take too much balance , the rear goes more than i want and loose speed. Need a lot of precision for a stiff car there.
Anyway, day off for me today, bad weather = Trial mountain all day long :) = good day.

Oh man - so so much would like to participate in this one.... Still no Qualifier Results to be "officially" registered...

You should go ahead and get started, and even start posting splits. We expect Vaxen to post additions to the Registry before the weekend. 👍

Even with a not so good left turn down the straight, my 1st and second part were very fast. I'm happy with this, i think this is the best i can do.

Why my new splits aren't on the leaderboard ??? Did i make something wrong ??

Try wrapping your tune in quotes then post the splits, I think Fetchy confuses the numbers on the tune with the time splits

Oh snap.

I have interwebs again, I may give this a try tonight if the post-moving honey-do list is 'short enough'

I'm having trouble getting the car to turn in and carry the speed required through the first section on the DS3, will give the latest tunes a go but what would you guys recommend tweaking to get that high speed turn in?

It's OK now thanks, "Close Encounters of the Third Kind", 0.156, this is the closest i go ever from an E.T :)👍
I've lost 0.200 in the 3rd part to my older ghost. I'll try again, not today, can't concentrate anymore.Beer time.

Good luck everybody.
