Finally broke into the 1'15s by the end of sector 2:

T1 37.787
T2 38.150

Still a couple of tenths left for me, as again I missed the braking for the last corner, and the first sector could be a bit more tidy.

Managed a 37.8 in T1 but clipped the wall at the top, was my first sub 38. I carried on the lap and went .2 faster at the line so I was a bit annoyed.

Few laps later I completed a lap .1 faster at the line, would of been a lot better but the very last corner I got on the gas to early and spun the wheels to much :ouch:

Smashed the last turn and went much quicker in the last sector than I thought was possible, however this lap has a very close call in the middle of T1 which is a few inches away from the wall, so ideally I will beat this tomorrow.... Had .5s in sector 1 a few times and then been up on those....

Nice work Matt.

I'm seeing an occasional 4 in t1 with a best of 450. Still about .15 left.

I think I can find at least another 2/10ths out there. Here are my latest splits with this awesome car!

Wow. Can't believe I almost missed this. First long session. Should find some more time Monday for this. Nice Combo ! 👍

Sure you're going fast enough on your D2 debut Ren?! Jeebus....

End of my 3rd session

37.563
38.188

Doubt I'll beat this one, but we will see. Set 8/10 fastest laps in this session. I race loads better in the daytime when I'm fully awake...unfortunately that only happens on a Sunday... :/

Think I used 4/7 BB

Still don't understand that turn after the big ubend. I coast most of it and jump up the kerb a bit then try and jump over the kerb on the right, but it goes wrong quite a lot. Horrible blimmin' turn!

Nope. Haven't caught the rabbit yet ;) 'sides, there's always T3 to mess up.

Was quite lucky to have started early (for me) on this one. Also because racecar.

EDIT:

Happy, now? :sly:

Made .4 improvement on my previous best. Finally figured out how to get through T1 quicker and hold it together for the entire lap.

Unfortunately t3 was a bit off, only gained .07 on the lap. Gonna try a little while longer.

Great splits. Probably too hot for me, those. I'll have to see if I can get a little more along with another good last turn. This has been a really great, competitive week! 👍

Thanks, this has been a ton of fun. These are my final splits, still missed some in t3 but not too bad.

Excellent stuff Baron, Matt, and Ren!

Submitting with splits on board, which I ran on Tuesday! Around .15 seconds off in T1 over my PB, but I'm done with the Armco.

Some how managed a good first sector then messed it up in sector 2 Still searching for that magical 3tenths from my best sector 2

How is everyone approaching sector 2?

T2 approach for me. Wide open through s, down to 4th for double right and into 3rd at apex of the first staying about mid track and then staying close to curb and grabbing 4th at apex of second. The long left, I stay wide on entry, down to 4th, depending on how wide you are will decide when you can mash it and clip the inside curb and should be grabbing 5th about 95% exit (don't grab 5th too early :ouch:). the final 2 turns or s bend before T3 are a crap shoot for me, haven't quite figured out yet.

Very nice splits Brinomial! I wonder if I could make a request that you make a new post for your updated splits instead of editing your old post? It makes it more fun for everybody to see everyone improving and maybe even topping their times!

Keep up the good work! I am off to chase your times now!

Thank you. There's more time for me to get but not enough time to chase it. I will make new posts for next week, I just didn't want to cause too much clutter.

Don't worry about clutter. As long as you aren't double or triple posting in a row it's fine to make new posts each time you improve your time.

@mike(ninehundred) again some impressive splits 👍

@Straffestef, seems like you find your're way arround now, nice splits 👍

hope to get another go later today...
