I gave it go this am, but every time I get a good lap seems I kiss a wall somewhere. I still can't figure out the left at the top of the hill (Casino).

R35 SKYLIN3in cognito with mitch's statement I still haven't given up and as a result have been rewarded! not the best T3 ive done but better on line. let a .222 go in T3 on an earlier lap

I would help you but my advice is probably not the best since I'm still learning also. Hopefully one of the more skilled guys will stop by with some helpful tips for you. All I can say is, NGU!! Take a break and then get right back on that horse, it can be tamed!! I'm pulling for you my friend.

Ok my best advice would be as you get to the top of the hill, brake slightly, not too much so that you wont spin and then brake more to take the inside around the corner. I personally hug the inside leaving about half a car then i drop a gear for the exit, giving me better exit speed and a more optimum line for the next corner, hope it helps 👍

I'm not doing my usual monday night bonzai run (as Chris calls it) but I hope it's enough anyway. There's certainly a bit of time on the track but it actually feels good not having too push for those last hundreds for once.

Good run Airsick. I tried to catch you but just can't do it. Not giving up, lol, just reached my talent level on this one. No time left out on the track so even tho its not a win, I still learned alot. I didn't even think I would do this good as I said from the start, this one was going to just be a learning experience for me. Pretty sure your T3 will hold up so let me extend my hand and congradulate you on a tremendous run. It was great fun and without you and the others pushing me with your times, I would have never done this good. Great run and congrats on the D4 win. I did my best to catch you, just wasn't meant to be. See you and the others at the 'Ring. Peace.

Cant believe that!!.... i was recording my with the HDPVR and was listening with my headphone and i can hear a bumping sound coming out of the first corner.... theres no visible contact 
I am not lucky with my laps, last time i had a trouble on monza with the ghost replay not saving...
Will have to use these slower splits, only other one i have.... submitting anyway even if the lap is a lot slower than my fastest lap..

Are you sure its not the exhaust making them sounds? The reason I say that is because the same thing happened to me, but on a different corner and I was a foot or two from the wall. Clearly did not hit it but still heard the same "thumping" sound you are describing.

Yes it was a wall sound, but a so soft tap i think it wouldnt have scratch the paint. 
The bumping sound was there even though there was not visual contact and the car was at like 2 inch from the little brown curb, same kind of curb like posted in a pic earlier in the thread.
Im just a little upset since i spent time to start all over again yesterday after my other lap that with the mirror through the wall.
Now i hate monaco! lol

Ah, ok. Just thought I'd throw that out there to you just in case. Sorry for all the problems and yea, Monaco isn't one of my favorite tracks either. I'm not a big fan of any city tracks for that fact.

a little frustrating when its on the best lap.
I learned to like the track though, i dont hate it as much as before
