GTP_WRS (GT5) Week 99 : Having a Bath at the Spa

Finding it hard to beating my ghost, without making a mistake somerwhere along track. Seen better sector times then posted (much beter) but just wasn't able to hold it untill the line.

Little improvement with these last splits, but most important; took 0.6 of my best laptime, with my best final sector so far 👍 With this I have reached my goal I had set for this TT. Will give it a few more tries but the Motegei TT is very tempting, before I catch a cold here in Spa

Cheers but I went a bit wide at blanchimont slowed right down and lost about half a second in T3 and only improved by a tenth, so might be dropping a few positions if I don't get it together. hopefully I can find something tomorrow Funny thing is everyday I think I only need a few tenths then I'm done, then when I get those I'm like theres 4 tenths out there, now Im like theres 7 tenths out there I don't think that will end.

It's always the story. I usually spend all week looking for 2 tenths then 2 more tenths.... 💡

Still having a go at this. Since I usually spend the first 2 or 3 days of these setting up my car, I really put myself behind the 8 ball here starting so late. Finally getting a decent tune on the thing, now its time to start going after all the time I'm leaving on the track. The LSD setting is really the glaring part of the tune on these wet tracks in my opinion, so that can really make or break a tune here so thats what I've been concentrating on. A fun and addictive combo, just wish I hadn't got started so late.

Well, I got the first sector pretty much nailed down. Been up on my ghost by as much as .700, only to lose most of it by the line. If I could just keep that advantage till the end, I'll be good.

Only could take off a few thousands of my best lap, well it is improvement. Have submitted my best time as I have no time anymore to make any attempts. Was very good fun this tt, but frustrating at some times aswell.

Hope my time stands, and a negative handicap should result aswell. Good luck to everybody chasing wet ghosts.

I had a miracle lap, well for me anyway! My left rear was one inch off the tarmac at that stupid turn without a name!!!!

This last and final submission was 1 second slower than the above dirty lap. Sigh.

Good first sectors, but I braked way too early for the chicane. I'm not happy with the lap, but considering the time I put in... well, still not.

I'm submitting with my current splits - I did a few sectors better but could never hold it for a whole lap. Great fun this week though - I've really enjoyed it.

Nah mate, even with 12 hours to play I'd not touch those splits... totally mental. 👍 My best sectors were 44.751, 1'19.297 but didn't get anywhere near putting them all together.
