Feeling a little better today after two days in bed, still very dizzy and faint, have I changed sex are these hot flushes.

Seeing the news of my promotion has made me feel so much better, thank you very much Kevin, and thanks to all the members that give me support, CT, Lin, Andy to name but a few you know who you are thanks to you all.

I hope to be back racing soon, I’m so weak at the moment I’m lucky if I can stay vertical for more than an hour, looking forward to giving some of the D2 chaps a run for their money, all adds to the fun of the game but I’m under no illusion, that some weeks I’m in for a right slapping about the head in this division.

Well done Mignun, still after my tail I see keep it up.

Phillip.

Congratulations to Stephen and especially to my dear friend Philip - truly well earned and deserved. I really hope you will feel better soon mate, and don't forget that this silly little game that we do is nice but that your family is worth a million times more, so it's perfectly ok if you take a break from the wheel 👍 👍

Phillip's improvement in the last months is nothing short of amazing. I must be honest and say that I didn't really think that I would ever struggle to keep up but that is just what's happening. Very good job.👍

Mignun's career is a bit shorter but impressive nonetheless. Keep it up and you'll join Phillip in Div 2 sooner than you think.

Well deserved promotions :tup:Congrats to both drivers!

Congrats guys, you're promoting like the wind!

Phillip, have fun in D2 :) And Mignun welcome to D3!

(Anyone want to go out tonight and sabotage Mignun's car? Maybe some flat tires will keep him on the normal D3 level :sly: )

Well done to both of you, definitely well deserved 👍. And i don't think that's the last of your promotions either. :)

thank you thank you thank you. now I get to be a nice shade of green 👍

well done Phillip, now that your in Div. 2 you wont be pinching division wins off me

Its a good day to be green - where's all the St. Patrick's Day smileys? :)

I've heard of folks who mount TV's on the ceiling so they can lie in bed and watch - might be worth looking into Phil.

Congratulations both of you, did seem inevitable.

Philippe is now one Div 3 driver less that is always in front of me.

Thanks for the wishes, I'm still up right and I've enjoyed reading all your messages sure does perk one up.

Hey, congratulations guys.
There's that rung I mentioned earlier and I think I can see a couple more up ahead. :D

Well done on the promotions guys, especially Philip who in my opinion has shown flashes of this kind of speed for a long time. I always noticed it in races mate, even when you were being far too kind on track. A magnificent achievement 👍

All the best
Maz

Very good, congratulations on the promotion guys 👍
I have to agree, Phillip you are progressing with the speed of sound. You're also a patient an cautious driver, if only more people would drive like that we wouldn't need a penalty system ;)

Thanks Maz & Bart, for the kind words

My philosophy is winning is brief but good company last forever, I’ll take the later any day.

With members like yourselves and many others, that’s what makes this a pleasure to be part of the forum.

Phillip.

I know it's been too long since I've done this. A lot of drivers have really settled into their divisions, and we've also had a real mix of combos, with many fun but less difficult events. That makes it tough to gauge promotions.

I think I have a good base to work from now, and have these to announce. I apologize for not having my normal level of detail on all of these, but again, some of these performances stretch back several weeks.

D4 Promotions

GTP_accessraider has come on with several strong divisional performances of late. He's been moved from D4 Bronze to D4 Silver.

GTP_RB26DETT
has returned to WRS recently, with some noticeably improved skills. He's being moved from D4 Silver to D4 Gold.

D3 Promotions

GTP_Mignun has continued to improve since joining D3. He's being moved from D3 Bronze to D3 Silver.

GTP_MadMax86
has dominated D3 (And sometimes even D2) on several recent weeks. He's becoming quite the Sixaxis force to be reckoned with, and has been moved from D3 Silver to D3 Gold.

D2 Promotions

GTP_Eriba and GTP_Worst_Driver have been battling each other for D2 Podiums almost every week. Both have been moved from D2 Bronze to D2 Silver.

Alien Promotions

Even with a DQ in his most recent WRS performance, GTP_CarlPKY's improvement and driving status speaks for itself. As the US Winner of the GT5 Time Trial Challenge, and a driver who has proven to be consistently among the very fastest here, Carl is being promoted from D1 Bronze to D1 Gold.

Congrats to all the promoted drivers. 👍

Kevin

Congratulations to all of you for your advancement, all thoroughly deserved.

Congratulations on your promotions, guys! Well done 👍

Well done to all drivers for their well-deserved promotions, especially constant high achievers like Dranddad and MadMax

But of course, the heartiest congratulations must go to Carl who seemed to one day just engage another gear or two and rise straight to the top of every leaderboard his name was on, be it the GT5 TT or anything remotely Suzuka-related. I progressed at the same level as Carl since we bought our wheels on practically the same day, but his sudden blitz through the D1 ranks since about November has been unbelievable, and he's arguably been D1 gold for about 6 months already now.

Well done bro, your progress and improvement have been inspirational and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. 👍

All the best
Maz

Well done indeed on the promotions, especially Carl, you were always excellent with our much cherished Corvettes, then one day you just became excellent in everything else, top job.👍

Congrats to all! Well deserved promotions!

Wow, a flurry of lefts and rights has landed you all with shiny new hardware. :D
Well done guys and well deserved. 👍

Well done guys on your promotions  Really top job done.

Phil I see you moving up the ranks very fast ;)

Off topic, yay this is my 1000th post so its special  I'll bring the beer.

Thanks for the kind words guys. 👍

Congratulations to all other promo-ties, way to go Carl top of the world ma!

Thank you Kevin and the OLR team for the promotion, a big thanks go to my two yard sticks CT and Lin, not that I try to beat them each week (not much hope there) but more like try to say somewhere close to their great times.

Still fighting hard for my set goal before GT5 (D2G or D1B) doubt I’ll do it but keep trying, minds willing body not so.

Phillip.
