GTP_WRS : New Drivers and Promotions.

Sorry, guys, I made a big mistake when moving this from my sheet to the thread here. I have one more division promotion to announce.

GTP_SEMS has 3 straight D4 wins and has been showing slashes of D2 pace on some weeks. He's been promoted from D4 Gold to D3 Bronze.

Just noticed Sems promotion. Well done you have out paced your division for a while now. Hope to see you in D3 before GT5 shows up.

Worked through a few promotions tonight. Some of these are a long time coming and all are well deserved.

Class Promotions -

GTP_wasntme ran his first WRS back in week 73 and has been steadily improving ever since. He's been promoted from D4 Silver to D4 Gold. 👍

GTP_Roomboter has podium finishes in his last 3 WRS races, including a division win in week 93. He's been promoted from D3 Bronze to D3 Silver. 👍

GTP_RB26DETT was just promoted to D3, and managed to find the podium in his first race in the division. And that was on a week with 6 D3 racers. He's been promoted from D3 Bronze to D3 Silver. 👍

GTP_Eriba has become GTP_Arriba. With 6 straight D2 podiums, 2 of those wins, he's being moved from D2 Silver to D2 Gold. 👍

Division Promotions -

GTP_CaptainRoh was just moved into D3 Gold in the last round of promotions. He has division wins in 3 of his last 4 WRS races, and was a D2 podium in week 94. He's been promoted from D3 Gold to D2 Bronze.

GTP_Fastas___ really is fastas ____. (Whatever ____ is ) He has division wins in 3 of his last 4 WRS races, including a convincing win in week 94. He's been promoted from D2 Gold to D1 Bronze.

Congrats to all the promoted drivers. You made it before the GT5 qualifier.

Congrats to al you guys who promoted. Some of you ar climing the ranking so fast, i can only dream about. I'm really happy with my own promototion. I hate the color of bronze

I wish i started with the WRS earlier, this really helped me to be a better driver. But i was to hooked on online racing and hated the S tires so much that i refused to race with them. After a TT competition among friends where i participate in, i started to get the feel of it and started to enjoy it and it payed out. I will never be a top shot/alien but this feels like a victory.

I want to thank al the Mod's who make this possible. All the effort and time you guys put in

I was going to post a thanks for the 'GT5p memories' post so I can take a break and play 'family guy' instead.

Perhaps, a lap of honour tonight for the fun of it because, who knows tomorrow...right?

Things didn't go exactly as planned and so things moved in a slightly different direction from what we hoped.

Anyway, the baby and mother are both okay and,.....it's a boy!!!

I got my wish to watch the Spa Grand Prix, with my son timing things well. He arrived on the 30th. Perhaps the shock of me suggesting I wanted the name to be Lewis Jenson should a McLaren 1-2 occur on the Sunday got things moving. I learned I shouldn't joke about these things.

As we wind down to the last days of Prologue WRS, I think it's still important to recognize strong performances and solid improvements. Several drivers on on the verge of taking the next step, but these 4 really stood out when reviewing recent results.

All 3 of the following are just clearly outperforming their D4 Counterparts. None has the dominant, consecutive wins that others have had when promoted. But they are just beating up on each other, and can now do that up in D3. All 3 are promoted from D4 Gold to D3 Bronze. 👍

GTP_Synwraith has managed dominant overall wins in his last 3 WRS races. He's been promoted from D1 Silver to D1 Gold.

Wow! I just assumed there would be no more promotions until Gt5. I certainly have to say that the WRS & it's participants have helped me to be a better driver. I'll be happy to take my 24 D4 trophies to D3. Since I probably won't get another one for a while.

Congrats to my fellow D4 drivers who got the bump to D3 as well. & congrats to Synwraith for his move on up to the WRS penthouse. Hopefully one day we will join you.
