Are provisional results counted towards handicap? For example, is the Weekly Rally Series week factored into the handicap of a player yet?
I'm going for a promotion and want to see how close I am to getting the handicap under 4 after last weeks podium.

I have a feeling that at the very least, the event would have to be official first. Beyond that, I am not sure how often they do the calculations.

I bet you will get the answer to your question, though, in 3..... 2.......1..........

In short, no - they are only counted when Official.

For example, is the Weekly Rally Series week factored into the handicap of a player yet?

For this round of promotions, the last week that counted was week 8 (Suzuki Swift @ TGTT). So far Vaxen (in discussion with the other race admins) has done a round of promotions every 4 weeks - a nice interval and I hope very much he continues to do so. 👍

Ok i understand now. After next week is when promotions are done and are effective for week 14 (but not 13?)
The people promoted after week 8 are only in their first week with new divisions. Anyways I'm almost completely done on week 11, and will give week 12 a real fight. Hopefully I can get promoted in these next couple of weeks. I won't be doing to much WRS between now and July so if I'm not promoted, I want to be seriously close by then.

2. Acording to the summary of all of the weeks i have submitted, i was red flagged on weeks 12 & 13, which i definately wasn't? ( I havent submitted my replay as yet for week 13 . . . . )
Is that an issue with Fetchbot or just an error?
Just thought I'd ask the question(s).

Edit: Mayhem, according to the wk13 results, your handicap was 5.12 after wk12. Vaxen will have to explaing how to get the 0.12 off to get to D4 but you can't be far off after the Elise. Hang in there mate 👍

I've been posting a little in the threads already as some may have noticed but it's great to be able to compete and place now. Only, I think I've been placed up too high! I must have spent too much time on the qualifier . I can live with the propect of never seeing a podium finish though, for now my goal is to be the first swede to beat Anghammarad!

Now how do I make a signature?
