Little surprised I made D2Silver. I too was thinking maybe D2Bronze or D3Gold just based on a couple of names on the leaderboard that I was familiar with. All the practice and time put into the qualifier was worth it. Looking forward to doing the weekly stuff when I have the time to put in to it.

i put in about 15mins into my qualifier and then sent in a slower sector 2 time replay, so i will be looking to move up that divisional ladder a.s.a.p. being new to the WRS i will need to learn the way of the GTP_WRS, but thankfully i have some D1 & D2 guys on my friends list that will help hopefully!

That really isn't a fair to your fellow participants who will be competing in your division.

Good to see you read the qualifier instructions. I assume you'll only spend 15 minutes each week?

• Please give it your best effort as sandbagging is highly frowned upon in the GTP OLR community. It would be greatly appreciated by all GTP Race Admin and participants if you would dedicate at least as much time to the qualifier as you would to a regular WRS event.

Also, please find your shift key for your 'i's. I understand a slip here or there, but expect people to follow the AUP and use decent grammar here.

Yeah, I know, I would have loved to be able to qualify where I was in GT5P, but I don't have that much time to play anymore (about once a week, only once a month sometimes), so I seem to be back in D2G. But I'm still happy with that

Racer_LP is a new test case, what if a champ loses practice time?

His handicap is close enough to D1 that if he runs low D1 times for a few weeks he'll move his handicap under 2 fairly quickly and be promoted. I really don't see this as a "new" case as there are often people who under perform on the qualifier either because the ring isn't their thing or they just don't put enough time into it. Not saying that was the case here, but it's the same result: a driver that's faster then his handicap. All of them have worked their way up the ranks by performing well in the time trials.

I think most people would fall into that group wouldn't they, largely as a result of learning from the faster drivers around here, and theres nothing like competition to improve the breed. Almost everyone that I'm racing against each week, including myself, started in D3.
