Updated my post to reflect the addition of Dano20 and GTPCrispyOne.

As best as I can figure, Dano20 submitted when I was in the middle of processing new submissions last month, and so his submission was copied to my "done" list but not processed. Apologies.
 
How often are promotions processed? Are there any difficulties with the change in handicap?

New rules in effect with this round:
1. "no damage" handicap rules. Your handicap is capped at your current handicap when calculating future handicaps.
2. "Historical weighting" uses only 5 races worth instead of 12, meaning each good result will have more than double the effect on your handicap than under the old rules.

Congrats everyone! The D3 aliens move up and we get a couple of D4 aliens to take their place!!!!

I would be happy and sad to graduate from the Development/Academy league Tim. I have to be honest that the academy has improved my racing in traffic 10 fold!!!! It was a wonderful idea Frank and I hope it continues forever!!!! I will always do my best to see that it does!

QMG.....I can't believe it, D3!!!!!!!!!!!!! This news has just made my night. Seriously, almost in tears over here. D3, WOW, I don't know what to say but thank you, thank you very much. All those endless hours of lap after lap after lap of practicing and competing with you guys is finally starting to pay off. You have no idea what this means to me as I continue to chase my dream. And I owe it all to you guys, for the great competition and all the help and advice given to me. Thank you all.:cheers:

Well done Mitch - I knew it would be a double promotion again for you. You won't be in Div 3 for long, I don't think.

And well done Mamba, glad you're finally out of D3 - you're up where you belong now. At least you and JTV won't be Div 3 Podiuming every week now. I can get a shot at Gold.

Koen looks like our duel can restart again now that we're in the same division, hopefully we can push each other up to the other D2 speedsters :sly:
 
Congratulations to all promoted drivers !!! Special kudo's go out to Stef ; welldone mate you did not belong in Div5, keep up the good work. Also to Koen and Manu, you guys can start batteling again :) And ofcourse to Mitch, now the aliens have left, a new one has entered our division :) Last but not least, welldone Al, now lets march on togheter to 'gold' ;)

Ya, I noticed that too. The thought of d1 makes me shiver with fear, and excitement. There are quite a few d2rs who seem to be making strides in that direction lately.
