New rules in effect with this round:
1. "no damage" handicap rules. Your handicap is capped at your current handicap when calculating future handicaps.
2. "Historical weighting" uses only 5 races worth instead of 12, meaning each good result will have more than double the effect on your handicap than under the old rules.

I would be happy and sad to graduate from the Development/Academy league Tim. I have to be honest that the academy has improved my racing in traffic 10 fold!!!! It was a wonderful idea Frank and I hope it continues forever!!!! I will always do my best to see that it does!

QMG.....I can't believe it, D3!!!!!!!!!!!!! This news has just made my night. Seriously, almost in tears over here. D3, WOW, I don't know what to say but thank you, thank you very much. All those endless hours of lap after lap after lap of practicing and competing with you guys is finally starting to pay off. You have no idea what this means to me as I continue to chase my dream. And I owe it all to you guys, for the great competition and all the help and advice given to me. Thank you all.
