The leaderboards show me as D2G but I have no idea of what my handicap is. Can anyone help?

I think it's because I had a D2 time in two of my first 3 events? So my handicap got pulled down a bit.

Though I'm more surprised that I suddenly had a division in the leaderboards. i actually thought it was a bug or something when I first saw it.

With me was something similar. I waited 5 or 6 weeks because some issues with google

Positive handicaps don't affect your listed handicap. I asked the exact same question the other day about positive handicaps. Here's the relevant quotes about it:

"your handicap (hc) can only go down (with neg. hc results) and will not increase when you receive a positive hc result"

"Oh, and we do track both the published handicap, as well as what the handicap would be with positive results factored in, but don't publish this other value. It gives us a good data point when considering demotion requests (which only happens about once or twice a year)."

So, if your handicap is listed as 1.857, then you are D1...maybe there is a delay or something in it...if it only became that last week, then it won't be effective till this week I think as everything is always one week behind (if memory serves). Hope that is understandable and explains things
 
@Jfrod what @nursemorph stated is correct except when determining someone's initial rookie placement. That rule does not (or could not) apply since the results of the first 3 completed events are used to determine it.

But I think that is irrelevant in your case because you have not been a rookie since week 92.

I'm not sure what the explanation is but we can ask the expert for clarification @Vaxen.

Although I still see the Div1 gold racers like aliens, I'm happy because my favorite color was always the blue :D

I completely agree. We're gonna have to do a lot to just keep up with those otherworldly beings. :bowdown::D

I know for a fact that you and @Ph1sher are aliens disguised as humans. I was just abducted. :lol:

Just look at week 101, first time in a while you entered a WRS event and then you finished on the podium. :crazy:
