I'd like some kind of confirmation on this because this isn't the case in Free Practice. So long as you are to the right of the cone and on the pavement, you can pit cleanly.

If someone has the replay you will see what I am talking about.

The pit entry is fussy at the Red Bull ring. Thats why I mentioned it in the lounge to have a practice , its on the same par as Tsukuba a nuisance.

I've practiced pit entry a few times in practice mode and I made exactly the same thing in the race but with a different result

Get into the pit lane BEFORE THE TURN BEFORE..I got one ...pass through ...because one wheel was out of line.

I wanted to finish, not mess up anyone else's race in any way and make no mistakes. Two outta three ain't bad. Aside from pinching Strop once in turn 3, I don't think I had any other contact that wasn't incidental racing stuff.

Satisfying thing from my three offs were I only lost a total of about 17 seconds. So I'd have been 3rd regardless. But I hate the dumb mistakes.

PASM and Vipond were in a class to themselves. I'm fortunate you had pit crew issues.

Yes, I had pit management issues, trying to do math while driving down pit lane was not a good idea. After 12 laps I pitted, by default the gas tank would be filled back to 100 L and then on the second pitstop I would need less. Well I tried to calculate what fuel I needed for the next 12 laps to get to the second pit stop, so that I would carry as little fuel as possible, one small problem my calculations ended up over a half lap short.

Same ambitious thing happened to me. Decided to go full throttle and do 2 stops. Got greedy at the second stop, loaded too little fuel, ran out by lap 34 Could have been 5th without that 3rd stop. Ned almost got me but run off track trying to overtake me at turn 2 (that's the 2nd gear right hander right?).
Anybody knows what happened to Tenderly? Saw him parked to the right of the main straight for a while...
