Just found out I can use the TV!!! Changed WW from 'maybe' to a 'yes'. I'm assuming I'll be in the slow room.

UPDATE 1.0 -- The one time I can get involved in a Saturday race, my PS3 decides to beep out on me. This might take a little while. Go on without me...sorry for the false 'yes'. My bad, but I guess it's my PS3's bad, so blame him.

UPDATE 2.0 -- Power outages in the area has made my connection unstable. Please stand by for more information.

Got dc was having issues earlier before the practice too
Had started to get hold off the combo but internet blew on me.
:scared::banghead:

WOW, that was probably the most difficult win I have ever achieved! @Animera was on my tail the entire race, and going bloody fast! luckily for me, there was some sort of incident in the beginning of the race that made him loose some time, and some bad luck in the pits, and it was just enough for me to defend 1'st.:D

Well done mate! I'm impressed.

That was my first try at the WW time slot. LOVED IT!!!! Ran the TT right after the race and shaved a full second of my time!

Results may be delayed, we have one incident to look at already.

...lighting here and electricity is going on and off.

That ended up being my problem also. I thought it was my PS3 at first, but it turns out the power flickered on/off really quickly. Storms and such last night didn't effect me, but the repairs to the local grid are. Oh well. :(

I guess it's my start...I'll accept the penalty! Didn't want to bounce off the wall right back to the middle of the track! Wanted to move to the close left and accelerate back into field, but lost the tail right after that wall bounce and went way to far into track!!
No further comments on that start please. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: Don't really know how that could happened...
I am more then ashamed of that blackout!!

I am really sorry for that!!

I practiced the turn one braking point for the start and exit from the pits. You had good pace and I'm not sure if I could get by you if you stayed in front.

I had a good battle with Paul (@hasslemoff) in the WW race.

Paul , thanks for being awake when I braked too late for turn 1 on lap 7 and 10 👍
After that I started to pull out of draft / brake earlyer when in draft.

I spent the first 15 (1+14) laps in his draft and got past at the start of 2nd sector , lap 16.
My front left went down to 2 at end of lap 16 , so I decided to pit in , hoping that i could save the tyres by being still in front in clean air when exiting pits. :ouch:

I slowed down for pit entry (to avoid hitting pit wall) and Paul caught me by not doing so , that put him right on my tail.
Instead of the suggested 71 liters (IIRC) , I took 74 liters and it looks like Paul took even more. (77 liters+ ?)

I spent so much time in Paul's draft that once I got infront on lap 25 and tried to use TT braking point at t2 I ended up going off.
Looking at the replay more closely I possibly picked up some dirt on right side tyres when I passed him in last corner of sector2.

He got infront again and on lap 28 when he went off right after T3 I followed him and hit his right rear panel causing me to go back on track sideways.
Luckily I didn't collect Ian (@Animera) on my way cross the street.

On lap 31 Paul dived inside in first corner and I was in dirty air again. Then just before T2 my front left tyre (grip) dropped down to 2 causing me veer right while braking , which lead me to catch dirt and drift/powerslide the corner , go off track and pick up more dirt for the chicanes.

Not very supprisingly the tyres were good for the same ~15 laps as in first stint.
Thanks to the worn down left side tyres I visited the beach in 1st sector on lap 32 and on last lap I overshot the first coner braking point while fighting the car veering right , went to do some lawn mowing and soon the left side tyres were on the last thread.

Didn't make any more mistakes and passed the finish line with ~8 liters of fuel left.

Paul , what happened to your brakes at start of last lap / braking point to 1st corner?

@MadMax they failed :), the full last lap I had to be really carefull, I think the set up didnt help once the tyres hit 2 on the left, I had a front BB 4/2 and ABS 5 and couldnt keep it straight with the brake pedal been on full.

Had a good battle with you trying to keep you behind, sorry about the pit entry I didnt expect you to brake, I never tested the pit entry and was surprised when you came out behind me (76ltr).

Confirmed my NA entry. I realized I ran wrong ride height settings in the WW race so I hope to be faster on Wednesday.
