For the checks, my pit stops were laps 18, 35, 52 (Driver Change), 69, 82. If everyone can write them in here as well that would help.

Thought I passed Phoenix when he pitted on the next to last lap....will watch replay tomorrow. Great fun even when feeling like s h i t e. The minute I got into the rig the headache and earache vanished..:D..then returned when race was over :grumpy:....baaah humbug. Nice driving for the LMPs...FTs toooo.

Thanks to you guys who worked so hard to make this happen.

I tried to do the race in automatic....and while it usually was great...there was no way to select a lower gear if you "screwed up". I figure it cost me a second a lap which over the run of the race amounted to more than a minute. But you do not know until you try it...note to self...do not do that again.

Again...GREAT JOB....GREAT FUN.

Edit: Next time I'll take the last place in LMP because I will get to pass somebody

Great race in the A room guys

Congratulations to Joe for the LMP win. I have no idea how you managed to make a 4-stop strategy work, I thought it would have been impossible. Congrats to Mark as well for taking the GT win, and unlucky Bart on coming home so close to Joe 👍

I'm rather annoyed about running out of fuel after forgetting to take my second pit stop. :banghead: On studying the replay it cost me 25 seconds. Still, it made for a great battle towards the end for that final podium spot. To my horror the race went into lap 96, which meant I was seriously close to running out and handing Ian third place (I actually ran out seconds after crossing the line). :scared:

My pit stops were on laps 17, 34, 49 (driver change), 65 and 81. Formation lap is counted as lap 1.

Great racing everyone!
My race didn't go that well, loosing three positions the first two laps that I never got back. But overall, my hands didn't hurt as much as I thought they would, and I could stay close to a decent pace. Only one big mistake which was a spin making room for an LMP at the next to last turn.
Thanks administrators and stewards for a very well planned event 👍
Ps: No idea when my pitstops were, sorry about that...

All pitstops for room b were ok, except the one noted earlier. Great race in room b, had lots of fun with everyone out there. @roamer2629 you win the prize for waiting until the last possible second to begin your 5 minute break. @Allibubba99 wins the ironman award for driving the LMP with only the use of one arm, you are crazy. Thanks to @PASM for an excellent event.

Congrats to @Kjeld Lund for the LMP win and @Rikson for the FT1 win.

True :D
Stretched it as far as I could...a bit like going late for lunch at work trying to make the afternoon shorter :sly:

One hundred and fifty something TT, drives LMP for two and a half hours with one hand, I guess Al is the kind of guy I'd like to have next to me at the trenches

I guess this completes the checks (and added the thumbs up missing for Lucas...)

Thanks a lot Bart and everyone else involved for this very well organized event!

The story of my race is a very boring one, so here is an abridged version. I made a couple of very silly mistakes right at the start that put me at the back very early on. From then on, it was a pretty lonely affair, until about the middle of my penultimate stint, when Joe and I met up and stuck together until the end. It was pretty much a battle of nerves from then until the end (from my end, anyways) with Joe and I trading places a couple of times (mostly due to small mistakes). I passed Joe just before the end of the race (he went wide at the GT corner) right after the leading LMPs had passed us. I was then frantically waiting for the winner to type "checkered flag" but it took a while.... I had time to think "oh 🤬, not another lap! my nerves won't take it!" But then it happened just as I was crossing the line... phew! Joe, it's always fun racing with you, and here's to many more

Also, it was a bit frustrating for me as I just didn't seem to have any pace. I could usually get under 1'32 a couple of times per stint, but this time, not once during the whole race! I have no idea why. At times, it seemed like I forgot how to take certain turns. I thought maybe I should have changed the oil before the race, but I checked after the race, and I was still at 600 PP, so I have no idea... just mental fatigue, maybe...

EDIT: oh, and congrats to Mini-Stiggy and Mark for the wins (where are my manners..?)

Great race everyone! 👍
The continuous smoke screen @Gravitron 's car was putting out made things interesting in the first stint.

Had a blast exchanging pit strategy and on-track positions with @jtv90069 and @EDK . Sorry for the occational bumper tap :dunce:. Those last few laps were so intense, my heart rate was through the roof!

Yeah the smoke screen from his car was only slightly distracting , by the time I'd worked my way up through the pack and reached him it was do I dont i moment .
Lucky for me I got past after a few laps without getting hit but was heart in mouth time when I executed the pass

Sorry for being MIA , I was listening to ZZ Top. took a nap a bit too long and woke up 20:30 GMT :ouch:
We missed you, Pekka. :ouch: I think we may have had more fun than ZZ Top. :D

@Mini Stiggy starts his final lap a few seconds before 2:24:00. @PASM is *ON* him.

Congrats Joe and Bart on that amazing race! The 4-stop vs the 5-stop was quite interesting.

Congrats @iGoFast for the GT win  and @skyline1683 and @Bleached for the GT podiums.

Apologies for my lagging today. :indiff: If I knew how bad it looked to you guys, I would have quit earlier.

Thanks Patrick  i was great fun racing you guys. Pounding my selve for leaving the pit before time. Used the timer in my IPad and it turned off 2 min. 3x sommerhing in the count, so i had to gues how long i had back on the time i went in the pits :banghead:

Had you not taken that last pitstop, you would have been som much closer ;) anyway you did more then great with a bad arm

It was a pleasure overtaking GT cars 👍 you guyes ware perfect racers. Thanks.

Thanks everyone who organised and participated!
I had great fun even though I threw away a podium by working out my strategy for 2 hrs 40mins. :banghead:
  • If you are in the pits beyond the start/finish line when the leader takes the checkered flag you can complete your lap *only* if you can exit pit road before the leader passes the pit exit. You cannot past the leader on the parade lap.

Dont worry I thought the same way back in the first Spa Enduro, except I pitted just before the race ended which is why the rule above gives me a little chuckle.

Gutted I didnt make it last night it would of only took a few minutes to sort out the wires but didnt want to make the start wait any longer, looks like I missed a good race.
