it is possible to reach PP and HP limits without oil change, for example with mid-range turbo for Nissans and with less power limitter setup, but i can't say it is making the car faster

Specs are specs and it is specified that a High rpm turbo is only allowed plus I take it that the limiter should only be used to the allowed %, I sincerely hope that these factors won't be abused, wittingly or unwittingly.

The different turbos can be identified via replays.

I may make it to the race, if I'm not able to race in a another series, considering that I'm a reserve for that series.

I'll try to have my car ready quick as possible. I have submitted the form.

The specs are a little more relaxed than we normally run. They are based on the GTP Endurance Series GT3 tech regs:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/338058179/2015/TECHNICAL REGULATIONS - 2015 GTPLANET ENDURANCE SERIES.pdf

As long as you adhere to the power, weight, and turbo regs, you're allowed to do anything to the car. So that means oil changes, various turbos on the Nissans, power limiter settings, are all optional.

You may want to read the OP again

It's not one car it's THREE of the seven cars avalible that you have to run in three races hence why it's call the triple mix

Ah! Just saw that. Thanks. 👍

Before I had signed up for this race, I have read the OP.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this race, which sucks. I've had a busy weekend at work so I've had no time to practice.
I should be at home for the races, however, so if there's room for me to spectate in one of the lobbies if there's room and people don't mind.

Update: I won't even make it to spectate, withdrawing fully from this event. Good luck to everyone involved.

I have all 3 cars ready for tonight, but I don't know if I will be able to attend this race, as another series that I have registered would be at the same time. But I'll let you know soon, as my situation changes.

Patrick currently has a practice room up that will become room B. @PASM or @MadMax or I are going to make room A, and we'll send a few folks over when it's up.

It looks like you still need to accept the invite. Go into Community and then Messages, and you should see the invite. Some people have found it easier to search for it by number: 1018059

Sorry guys, but I won't be able to race tonight. Although that I was a reserve of another series, I have been called to race in that series. So, that's why I'm cancelling my presence. Sorry.

Sorry for quitting. Wheel would randomly double downshift every 2-3 time, locking the rears. Spent the whole time fighting the car. Looked at the gear indicator more than the track.

This was, by far, my wrost races ever. sorry @numbnuts70 for the divebomb towards the end, I was frustrated because I lost so damn much time behind the 2 of you.
And I chose the wrong car at the start, and the wrong car at the end, setup was bad, driving was bad. SOD IT!:banghead:

No problem Andro, no harm done. 👍

Skylines Race Report

Qualification:

Wasn't to happy with qually I selected the R8 as my starting car which is my strongest car to set me up for a strong starting position but I made a mistake in my opening lap. This lead to me over driving the car and making more mistakes only achieving 5th on the grid .
From my practice times a front row start was very possible.

Race 1

This first race didn't start well as the green flag dropped danger zone decided it's best to start with your car in reverse and plough straight in to the front of me knocking me back to 8th
by the first corner.
Lucky for me @MadMax was battling with @dangerzone641 throu Eau rouge and allowed me to get the run on both down the straight the re gain 5th.
Now I had to hunt down @Friday_GTRP in his BMW and @TRL_Andromeda in his gtr but lucky for me there was contact between the leading group heading in to the corner with no name and I passed the gtr facing the wrong way and got a better exit than the BMW to get ahead before pouhon only for him to cut underneath me to regain the position .
Lap 2 I got the run through Eau rouge and down the straight on the outside to get past the BMW and managed to keep position now I was in 3rd and in clean air I was pulling away from the BMW and Merc of @dangerzone641 but still losing time to @PASM in 1st in the gtr and TNR_pfeffer as they battled ahead of me .

Lap 5 danger zone managed to get past after he gave me a tap in the braking zone sending me deep in to the corner so he got the run on me through leige and blanchmont.

Lap 6 i made a mistake at blanchmont trying to catch him but over breaking in the kerb pitching me In to a spin dropping me to 5th with me staying there for the last 5 laps .

Race 2

Having to start at back of the grid after a Dc from the lobby I had to change my plans , I switched to the BMW instead of my planned gtr for this race .
My plan worked my pace in the BMW was good and instantly with some quick reflexes and some luck I got up to 4th
by the end of the first lap .

Lap 3I had pfeffer in the BMW behind me and @numbnuts70 in the gtr Only for pfeffer the drop it on the exit of turn one leaving a lovely looking gtr in my mirrors.
While this was happening I was catching on @Friday_GTRP & @TRL_Andromeda in there mercs and on lap 4 I managed to out break Friday at the end of the straight for 3rd.

By lap 5 pfeffer had caught up and was back behind me and was all over the back of me i held him off for a lap but on lap 6 he got the run down the straight and it was over and done with.

For the rest of the race it was a case of keeping Friday far enough back to take 4th which is not a bad effort considering to class of field we had.

Race 3

Having to use the gtr in this race was not part of my plan but I was determined to make the best of it .
Starting in 7th I got a bad start and was swallowed up at the 1st corner in a crash that a instantly thought was my fault but viewing the replay I see pfeffer took to much kerb spearing him across the front of me and in to @PASM .

I carried on after a small lift and avoided the chaos on the straight to get back to 7th.
On the exit of the corner with no name I got a tremendous exit and went down the inside of both mercs of @Crispy74 and Imires before pouhon.

Lap 2 I was behind @MadMax in the gtr and @TRL_Andromeda in the R8 as the battle both the R8 and myself got past pekka with me attacking the back of the R8.

This proceeding for 5 laps when pitted at the same time on lap 8 only to both be jumped with a perfectly timed under cut from pasm.

All this closed myself @numbnuts70 and @TRL_Andromeda in to a tight pack leading to the toughest battle of the night for me .

On lap 11 Trl drop a wheel on the gravel heading to blanchmont where numbnuts had to lift and avoid a slow moving R8 this opened a only just wide enough gtr gap that I intantly went for and used my momentum to go 3 wide in to blanchmont and out break both at the bus stop chicane for the final 2 laps I held a small gap over them to take 3rd for a well earned podium .

Saw some great racing out there and was in some very intense battles with a great turn out .
