So that's how you do a fast lap. Great lap to watch mate 👍

0.6s quicker than me - what advice can I give other than slow the heck down and give the rest of us a chance! ;)

Thanks for the check guys 👍, I'll try and be faster next time ;).

It took a while, but here is my replay :)

Sorry to interrupt, but this seems the most relevant thread. WRSFetchBot PMed me yesterday and said
Your submitted time for week 1 has been rejected as the deadline has passed.
That's 11 days after my time was submitted and accepted, and the replay and its verification are both available on page 13 of this thread. Has anyone else been receiving false negatives about last week's event?

Don't worry about it. There was some work done on the leaderboard and it sent out a couple of these messages. Your lap and submission is OK.

Ok guys, I am new to this and have no clue if I am posting my replay correctly. I followed the directions but once I enter the Saved Data Utility and see my GT5 file, I can not select it and view any sub-files. All I can do is delete, copy, or view information. Please let me know if this doesn't work and what I need to do. Thanks. NTSC

You just zipped the wrong file aka your game save instead of your replay.
What you need to do is:
1. Select your replay from the GT life menu and press triangle, export to save data.
2. Then you go into ''Saved data utility'' and in the GT5 file your replay should be there.
3. Put that replay on your USB key.
4. Zip that file when you're on your computer.

Yay, I can finally check others replays, thanks to Google Chrome.👍

You saved from the Game Data Utility.
You are suppose to use the Saved Data Utility files.

Grabbing chuk's replay also.

Just checked out chuks lap and his is clean also, and much tighter than mine. I was too wide on the last hairpin and smoked the tires on the last turn.

My lap has been checked and got the green flag but I have not got the green flag on the results of the start of this thread. I hope I dont get missed:nervous::nervous:

My replay.
Sorry for the delay in posting. I've been without 'net for 6 days, so uploading this through phone. (not 'quake area.... unrelated outage).
My third sector here made up for a 1/10 or two lost in s1 and s2. Great times, to the Div2 front runners especially, osrg et al. 👍

Clean

Lap was really smooth. I take it that is the key to a fast lap with this animal.

Does anybody want to verify mine? It's post #120

Clean

Nice bit of style round the tight hairpin before the long straight.

Good clean lap, also good control of the brakes.
I'm not the fastest out there, but this much I can tell you: You can improve your times with the same level of control of the throttle, maybe you use too much TCS. It's better to find traction than full throttle all the way. ;)

Thanks for the feedback. Does it need to say GTP_BadgerPoker to show up as verified on the results? Still shows replay needed.

No, I think the results are updated manually and the organisers are not around here 24/7.

Replay as requested, anyone wishing to view I would advise grabbing a drink or a bite to eat whilst watching as it really is that slow!!

I was going to post the replay of my lap for the first week of WRS but by mistake saved my whole race instead of my fastest lap. The file size (1.5mb) exceeds the GTP limit, so I can't post it.

Pekka/MadMax kindly agreed to do the checking for me after I send him the file by email.

If anyone disagrees to this please let me know and I'll withdraw from WRS week 1.
