Looks like a fast lap but I think you just need to calm it all down a bit.. a bit giddy on the throttle :P
👍 Cheers for checking, I know about wildness lol, but that was just my style for that, turn TCS on; full throttle and let the electronics sort it out :dopey:

Do you own a Scooby by any chance? Or an Evo? :sly:

You both seemed to lose the most time through turn 3... catches alot of people out that one. Myself, I'd get really far over to the left after turn 2, and just blip the brake pedal as I turn in, then get back on the throttle fairly quickly to stop it running wide on exit and keep a good line through the fast left hander, which should be pretty much flat out in 4th gear.

Really appreciate the comment too Douqa. I'll try and put your wisdom into practice next concours ;) Its hard to change habits though

If you put my advice into practice in the next Concours you will certainly finish last my friend, its Nascar . You should know, you wrote it.

Yes I'm clean thanks guys.
I did loads of sections quicker than my submited lap, But stringing them together was a different matter.
In the end I feel I was to cautious, But It Is my 1st month with a wheel & I roll without TC ect.
Some amazing times posted up & a lot to learn from the replays.
Enjoyed week 1 but I'm loving week 2.

Well guys,

During capturing my replay I saw that I did something wrong.

I used the standard Camaro as asked in WRS nr 1:

Mode: GT Mode : Seasonal Events :Time Trial No. 7: 295HP/FR Tsukuba Circuit Time Trial
Track: Tsukuba Circuit

Car Type: Premium
Make: US > Chevrolet
Model: Z28 '69

But I didn't turn the power down to 295 HP.

I thought it was standard 295 HP, but when you buy your Camaro it's 299 HP.

I never saw this option during my GT5 sessions or did I saw it during all the post from the fellow WRS members.

I'm sorry. My fault. So I hope I can redraw from the WRS 1 and I hope that I can participate in the WRS 2.

I'll post my replay but it's must be for nothing.

Sorry, sorry, sorry......

If you ran it in the online seasonal TT as required then it would in fact be 295bhp

GTP_Dyogenez probably Clean

The lap itself is squeaky clean, and it appears to have been done in the online TT, but all the info is in Dutch so I can not be certain

The same happened to me, maybe your units are in BHP, and then the camaro is 299HP. If you could run the event, then your Camaro was 295HP, otherwise it would have rejected you.

Well Guys, you making me sweat. Cold & Hot, Fever....

I did it online as asked...
Maybe sombody else does know the answer.

If you ran it online in the seasonal time trial event 7 then the car was 295 HP or less. It would not even let you load the event otherwise. You must be clean, hp wise, if you ran that event.

As long as it shows the correct event on your replay, you are fine.

Prior comments are correct, some of the alternate HP measurements show 299. But if your car is over the 295 HP limit, you're not able to enter the event.

No need to sweat! I'm also Dutch, also running 299 'pk' and as a race admin I'm expected to set the right example :odd:

Woohoo!! I got a thumbs up :D I presume that means the same as in prologue? In any case I was happy with my own tune and the results it yielded. Didnt run another session after 1.06 but I doubt it would of made a difference. Pretty much at my limit there.

Anyway thanks and congratulations to all the admins involved making this first of many weeks an unequivocal success 👍 Well done chaps.

Now down to business. Its an absolute pleasure to be back and viewing your replays again Phillip. Its not been 5 minutes and I'm learning from you again already! Such control and precision. Its inspiring it really is. Still, I'm slowly bridging that gap ;) Just .150 between us this week buddy. Lets see what I can achieve next week :D

And here's this weeks attatched replay for verification. I'm loving Kevs little critiques so hopefully he'll pick this one up ;) Any advice from you though Phillip would be more than welcome! :D:tup:

It’s a pleasure to have you back in WRS Gary thanks for checking my replay, only .150 between us wow your coming on strong which is nice to see, always knew you would from past replays I’ve watched of yours.
You can surpass me any day, then I’ll try to keep up with you. 👍
Phillip.

So I'm CLEAN! Yahoo!!
Thank you all for your quick reply's!

Viva!! WRS 👍

Man, that's a relieve!

Keep up the good work!

It's time for PD too improve the "Enhanced Replay Functionality" so that there won't be any discussions.

Now back to Tom's Supra....

Great first week. I'm happy with my performance. Here's my replay, I know it's clean but thanks to whoever checks it :D. Thanks to the OLR team for getting the show up and running again.

edit: I'm NTSC.

another edit: any lap advice appreciated.

I've rerun the results with a different curve which fits the input data much better. This only impacts the handicap calculation, and not division or overall placement.

There's still an issue with the handicapped results, as they should be ordered from most improvement to least (relative to each racer's own handicap), but there's obviously an issue there.

Well, that was quick. This has been fixed.

Does anyone know if there's a post explaining what's going on with the multi-coulerd results in the first post, I'm a little confused about that. Sorry.
