Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays

My PAL replay is attached. If you watch the last turn, you can see where I got on the gas too soon, hesitated, and dropped about three places

Never could make up my mind about line through the last two turns.... still elated at the result.

On a better note, I got the wife addicted to trying to beat my time so looks like some GT5 dates in the future! Only problem is I'll have to cut my time in the seat in half. Oh well, it's definitely worth it all the same.

Wow, I held onto my divisional position! Knew I didn't have the best last sector, beat it quite a few times with a best in the high 7s. Very Happy with a drop in handicap, getting very hard to achieve these days.

Nice times up top! Congrats to all who ran and submitted. Incredibly close between Erik, Dennis, Ren and myself...not even a car length of this boat I'd imagine.

A great result again, I was very happy with my lap this week, really enjoyed this combo even though there were a few annoying moments when I was improving from a .6 to .5

But i made a stupid typo with my submission. I ran a 1'42.000 instead a 1'42.100. Can that be changed? Sorry for that that mistake

Congrats to bandit on dominating this week, and also to Koen, that was a great lap mate good job. Congrats to all other winners and all podiums, large turn out this week. I was surprised I held up and didn't lose to much positions and still had a great handicap. Had my last run on Saturday before traveling must say it was painful to watch everyone improve and know there was nothing I could do. Saved my replay on Dropbox so hopefully someone can check it for me or mods can help post it for me.

So here's my replay. I'm trying not to be to upset that my short streak of Div 4 golds is over, but a division 4 bronze will have to do. It what us Division 5 Silver guys have to do for entertainment

Edit: Just calculated my handicap based on the last 6 results using a method once described by Vaxen. So by my calculations I would now be inside Division 1 silver handicap, does this mean that I can be promoted 2 steps at once?

Possibly, litchi was promoted 3 steps at once but that was d3 silver to d2 silver, for d1 though it might be a bit tough but you never know btw what method did you use could you link the page so I can check mine

I'm not sure of the link as I'm on my phone but I used this method.

Multiply current handicap by 5, add handicap from current event and divide this number by 6 to get your new handicap. It may differ slightly as handicaps can change when results become official due to DQs etc. Also it may differ if they use different weight for each event

Great times everyone, and very close in the 'real' D2 battle i.e. excluding outliers like me and Bandit!! A little disappointed to be 4 tenths off the pace of my peers but when I saw you were all running D1 times I didn't feel so bad.

Guys ,today practice for the WRS Online Race on Wednesday.

We should also promote the WRS Academy which is using this combo on Saturday, March 9th.

Any driver D3-Silver to D5 is eligible to participate in the "Rookie Feature Race" starting at 19:00 GMT and/or attend the instructional hour starting at 18:00 GMT.

We're also looking for instructors (from any division) for the instructional hour. If you can't volunteer this week, keep us in mind as we'll be looking for instructors every week. Thank you Bart (PASM) and Mohit (gooners) for signing up as instructors this week. 👍

NOTE: A mic is required for instructors, but not for students/rookies.
