Submitted with slightly slower splits and a faster time at the line.

Good luck to everyone in the results. 👍

Finally got a wheel & put in a few laps. Nothing to brag about but didn't want to miss this week. Plus there is a huge difference in the feel going from my G25 to a Fanatec wheel. Still messing with the settings on it.

I would also like to add to the praise & thanks to all those who make the WRS work so well.

Submitting with bad-as-usual splits on the board. Never understood why people like this car so much :)

Thanks to Kevin and the other mods and the leaderboard colleagues for 106 weeks of fun and driving

Sent in my 43:rd WRS submission. I am not at all happy with how I fared in the last one. My third sector is always bad at Fuji but here's it's just nowhere near were I would want to be.

By looking at my progress in those 43 weeks you might think that I really haven't improved at all (started in Div 2 Silver, ended up Div 2 Gold ) but I think I have. When I started my goal was to be within 1,5 seconds of the Div 1 Gold guys and now I want to be within 1 s. I also like to think that I learned some skills when it comes to driving cars that I really don't like and would never drive if it weren't for WRS.

A big thanks to all in the WRS administration, past and present. I wont name names because then I will probably forget someone. WRS has been the sole reason GT5P has stayed in my PS3 for over two years.👍

Thanks also to the regulars who has spurred me all this time. You know who you are.

Submitted with splits on the board!

And also many thanks to everyone involved with organizing the WRS! It's been frustrating, time consuming, expensive (bought a steering wheel for this :)), challenging and offcourse, great fun! 👍

Hope to see everyone in GT5 WRS!

I officially have GT5 :D picked it up 10min ago. Whoop whoop. I'll submit my time when I get home from work. This is the best day of my life.

Fantastic CT, great splits on the last GT5p WRS and your a day if front of me with GT5. Fingers crossed :nervous:

Phillip.

Nice, have fun with it. I still haven't gotten a message about my copy , I'm getting pretty mad.

I almost gave up on this, but finally managed to (almost) reach my goal for this week. There's still room for improvement, but at least I got a good clean lap this time.

Submitting with these:

T1: 23.189
T2: 59.197

I just wish I had better T1 on this lap

Submitted with the same splits as on the board, so the best of luck to everyone for this one last time in Prologue 👍

I felt like I'd been running this combo for 2 weeks, and apart from one moment of clarity on Tuesday night where I produced the lap I'm submitting, I've managed nothing memorable despite many hours of trying. On one occasion I uncovered a 23.046 first sector but that must have been a fluke, just like my submitted effort!

Sphinx, Sjaak, EDK and Vaxen have been models of professional excellence throughout the 107 weeks of GT5:P WRS and have set a truly shining example for me to live up to as race admin. Congratulations guys on the huge success of WRS and for keeping so many of us coming back, despite so many distractions, and of course the creation and maintenance of what in my opinion is the most respectable and tight of GTPlanet communities.

A massive well done and huge amounts of respect to all responsible for the WRS leaderboard, a tremendous resource 👍

All the best
Maz

Well done on mastering Fuji Maz I know just what you mean, I still have a little left in me and won’t give up till I master 100r, T1 is fine hitting .03s .04s with a .027 best. But for the life of me I can’t better the .165 and .188 at T2.

Sector three is just a mystery to me, shut my eyes and take pot luck.

Phillip.

Edit: GTP_Sutuki Fantastic sectore. 👍

Going to submit.

Gave this a shot with the wheel last night, which was probably a mistake. Did 10 laps and only managed 2 clean laps.

Submitting with these splits:

T1: 23.308
T2: 59.760

Right, 3 things to say.

1. I was going to have about an hour on this on Monday night but realising Kevin had put the deadline back to Tuesday it would have given me the whole of Tuesday to have a go. A big mistake, because GT5 came at 10am this morning. As a result I've only done about 25 laps of this just because GT5 is so amazing and I want to go back to it. :D

T1: 23.090
T2: 59.257

Sector 2 was really messy (I really hate having to shift to 4th just after T1!) but hopefully it's not that bad of a lap. Submitting with these splits.

2. I was really pleased to discover (especially after doing these 25 laps after) that on GT5 they position you 1 corner close to the start/finish line at Fuji on a time trial. :D

3. The WRS has been an amazing experience ever since I joined it little over a year a go and having been advised to buy a wheel I can not thank the following people enough: The Race Admins for their week-in week-out dedication to the WRS, the leaderboard team and everyone who participates. Long live the WRS. 👍

I can finally say good-bye to Prologue! *party* For the few weeks I did race in the WRS, it has been fun and I really look forward to racing with everyone again in a few months 👍 Good luck in the results!

Submitted with fractionally slower splits, but a much better time at the line.

Best of luck guys, it's been a real pleasure running in the WRS with all of you, and I'm really pleased we got such a great turn out for the very last WRS for GT5P. What a nice send off!

Thanks to everyone, and I'm looking forward to seeing you all in GT5  👍

Hey Guys,

I've just updated the board to support GT5 :)

If you notice anything broken, please let me know ;)

PS: If you currently click on GT5 you'll be redirected to the homepage. When the first GT5 week is available you'll be able to select GT5/GT5P.

A great job to the WRS team, thanks for all your efforts and creativity, it has been a pleasure to compete. My first WRS on the wheel and I must admit, I really struggled with this one. Had quicker T2's but messed up a lot, even though my final sector is really bad anyway. Just couldn't figure it out in the small amount of time I had with this.

Submitting with splits on the board. Good luck to all. :)

T2 finally coming down!!

T1: 23.300
T2 59.702

Can't get any better now I have run out of time! Submitting with these splits, best of luck to all and ditto on the praises to the WRS and OLR team

Submitting with current splits, good luck everyone. Just to echo what everyone has said already and offer my huge thanks to EDK, Vaxen, Sjaak, Jack and all the other WRS admins as well as the many friends I have met and who have helped me during my WRS prologue time

I have to submitted my laptime. Not really happy with my lap time but once you’ve got your hands on GT5, you can’t blame for playing it.

Good luck to you all

And thanks to the WRS team for making al of this happen. 👍

See you all on the other side, soon

Time submitted. Good luck to all and thank you so very much to every one involved and taking part in WRS. See you all in GT5 :D

I'm gonna sub a lap I'm not thrilled with but that's ok, just wanted to make sure and be a part of the last gt5p wrs 👍

Thanks again Kev and the gang for keeping this up

Ran out of time to do more laps, so submitting with the splits on the board.

A huge, un-ending thanks to all those who work hard behind the scenes to make the WRS what it is, and 👍 to the fantastic people who take part. I will likely be away for a while (moving house, learning GT5, etc etc.) but I will be back for GT5 WRS.

I wanted to do one short session today, but my CE arrived and I won't play prologue if I can play GT5 too. Not really happy with my lap, but what a frustating combo it was. I hope it's enough for podium.

And last I want to say thanks to the OLR team for making this great 'competition' possible. Maybe it's not the right word, but can't think of anything else right now. It helped me to become a better driver and it was fun too. And of course thanks to all the participants, we've had some great battles.

I'm off to GT5, hope to see you all there soon.

49 submissions so far, making this one of the most popular Prologue WRS events ever. 👍

Final note: don't put away your Prologue copies quite yet, as we'll still need podium validations!

I know I won't need it!

At least I'll go down in history as "The last guy to finish, well...last." :D

Submitting my time with slower splits but a little better at the line. This "DEMO" has been way to fun and can't wait to get GT5 tomorrow (If Amazon doesn't 🤬 me! Can't wait to race with you guys soon!

P.S. I have all the cars on my PSP. Can I upload those on my PS3 at some point? :sly:

Slower than my board splits but better lap so submitted:

T1: 23.568
T2: 1'00.352

Of course now I'm destroying this lap on the first sector but can't hold it together. Goodnight, Prologue!

What can I say? I try my best and I'm still that terrible. Kidding, I gave it maybe 45%, I couldn't get a tune, my controller was on the fritz, so I threw up whatever I had left, and sent it to Vaxen.

Good luck to the rest of you, unfortunately I won't be getting GT5 right away. Hope the WRS doesn't start until a certain special December day.
