So much for the 1 hour a night WRS time I was promised, after a whopping 10 min session to bring my total this week to 2hrs (ish) slightly improved T2, where the hell did i put those sleeping pills.....

T1: 23.479
T2: 1'00.161

Still trying to get inside that one minute barrier on the T2!

update
T1: 23.443
T2: 1'00,836

still using DS3 and still quite messy personally.

So many giving it their all here, 👍 so i best join them.

Go download GTro_Rootbe's lap from the top 10... clean and fast... if you can match him in the final you'll be doing OK ;)

Took your advise. I didn't catch him up though ;) but it helped to improve my lap.

My new splits:

23.655
1'00.726

It's been a long time since I fired up GT5p and it shows!

T1: 23.457
T2: 1:00.495

Wow, I'm so inconsistent. I managed to get under 59.xxx only one time. Now with my T2 being like .500 slower, I shaved off .600 off my final lap time. I think I'm starting to get that final section a little better now, but my T1 and T2 times are sucking. Don't even know what I'm doing wrong up until T2. :(

T1 0'23.709
T2 1'00.426

Thought I'd best have a quick blast, if only so I can echo other posters comments on the efforts put in by the WRS team and say thanks and keep up the good work in GT5.

T1: 23.113
T2: 59.465

Yeah, would be more helpful for you if you were chasing someone with a total time about 0.5 to 1.0s quicker than you, so you were sat just behind him in to T3... but on this board all the top 10 times are super fast!

True 👍

Tuesday :yuck: I cant punish myself till then.

Phillip.:banghead:

Well you don't have to anymore. Saw your new splits on the board and that are some awesome splits. The punishment did you good :sly:

My intention was to do some laps today,... But I just found GT5 in a store in France today. Bye bye Prologue.
See you guys back in GT5 WRS 👍:)

You lucky .............. We have to wait a couple of more days

Enjoy playing GT5

Think these will be my final splits.

T1 23.130
T2 59.252

Well I accidentally clicked my WRS bookmark earlier this week, saw this combo, and decided to take a stab if only to see if I can be something other the last-in-div-2 once. Good advice about using rootbe's ghost earlier in this thread, not often you find a clean and unclutched ghost at Fuji.

23.294
59.453

Splits from my 1st session.

Just like old times, eh Kevin?
I'm sure you'll get 4 - 5 tenths on your next session.

LOL. It is like old times. Nothing quite that good, T2 has never been good to me at Fuji.

I managed these this morning -

23.297
59.779

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments about the work we do here. I consider myself a participant like the rest of you, first and foremost.

Looking forward to continuing the WRS with GT5. 👍

Kevin

Submitted with the current splits - good luck to everyone.

Thanks OLR Admin Team for all the events and WRS you been putting together for us 👍 I'ts been great, smooth and very professional form your part.

Cheers

I did what I thought was impossible for me, I dropped below the minute mark at T2 :). Turn 1 I shaved off a tenth and a half by staying straight longer then diving, making the second half of the turn much straighter. Then around the long bend I did not brake and kept smooth in 3rd.

T1- 23.335
T2- 59.766

P.S.- It is very nice to see the huge turnout this week 50+ strong and great times all around, looking forward to seeing you all here come GT5. To the WRS team, keep up the amazing work this is all possible because of you and I look forward to what you instill into the WRS come the 24th.

That damm sub 1 minute T2 is still taunting me, :grumpy::grrrr:yuck:, managed another3/4 hour stint and shaved .2xx off both T2 and finish line times.

T1 23.371
T: 1'00.031

5th session, a bit slower T1 but managed a better T2 and 0.5 overall...

23.374
59.965

Edit:

Submitted with the above splits, don't have time to run again....

 all and good luck.

Could't resist from having one more session!

T1 23.049
T2 59.297

That's definitely my final splits. Off to get stuff ready for Carton House tomorrow.

23.134
59.271

Edit: I just don't understand how the PSN login works. I logged out before I started my first lap and never logged on again but still there's a lap on the leaderboard. Even more strange is that it's not even the quickest one.

I've had the same thing, finished my lap and logged on to see how I'd done and I was on the leaderboard, although I've notice quite a few GTP'ers on there, how does this stand? Will we be disqualified for this? Hope not!

And on lighter news, jimantonic has Finally broken the one minute T2 time, time to break out the champers! (Although it wasn't on my fastest lap!)

T1: 23.327
T2: 59.995

New splits:
T1: 23.131
T2: 59.237

Still more in it, just can't combine the splits.

👍 I've no idea if I've managed it, certainly not on my quickest. Being away for the whole weekend has been a bit of a setback, 20 laps tonight but no improvement. Strong entry this week, looks like a few hundreths could make quite a difference to finishing position.
