Hi, quick question:
Does the best lap have to be from version 1.04? I'm pretty sure my best lap was still on 1.03 and I don't know if I got time to set another.

Wow, great splits man. Congrats on 4th place last week, looks like another good one for you this week. I'm sure you'll advance out of D2 Bronze soon, you'll be D1 soon for sure. I have to admit I've considered you a rival since early GT5P days, you always seemed to be ahead of me at whatever combo I tried. Thanks mate! I've joined GT series starting with GT4 and I'm still a fan of this great driving simulator. Yes, competition is fun, and it's nice to push oneself to the limits and explore how much improvement/learning one can achieve. Now 50, my energy is not as good as before, but I've recently realized that a good number of the guys here are close to my age....someone had posted earlier WRS=Weekly Race Seniors

Nope you're fine, it doesn't matter which version of GT6 you set your lap on 👍

Submissions are closed until thursday, you can still post splits and fetchy will update them on the board when he come back from holidays

As long as you had fun that's all that counts. I'm not even going to post on this one as I hate that car with a passion and dislike that track so it wouldn't be any fun for me and as that's all I do this for, I'm going to sit this one out. (Sorry Chris). So you'll have a ton more street cred than me regardless of where you end up on the table 👍

I love Monza; it's one of my favorite tracks ever in a GT game. I just wish I could do something to the car to make it drivable for a non-alien. The FXX is NOT a car that I would have ever chosen to run anywhere other than Route X when tuning is prohibited. But I'm a 🤬 driver, so who am I to make that call?

But that won't stop me from trying...I might even improve enough to be able to drive that brick in traffic without taking everyone out. Who knows??? Hopefully they will come to their senses and pick a different Ferrari or let us tune it.

You have to put down the #1 lap time to wake up on friday morning instead of Thursday.

I have filled my refrigerator with refreshments (beer), I've painted my FXX deep purple, and I'm listening to the band by the same name (Deep Purple). I'm ready to jump in to my antique collectors dream chair and give this combo my best effort, and hopefully end up with a time that I'll be satisfied with.

Wow, I thought this car would be a blast to drive after seeing it on Top Gear. I tried a lap or two last weekend after a few beers an turned it off right away blaming the beer. PLEASE FORGIVE ME BEER!!! IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT! I got a fifteen minute window to put a few laps in before dinner and wow. This one isn't for me. I'll get on later and do some homework but I hope I haven't ruined my chances with beer forever. Beer, it's Friday and I'm lonely. Take me back and we can work through this together!

I still haven't cracked T1 really, but I think I know what I'm doing wrong. Step 1, right?
