Yeah, I noticed the lift-off oversteer paulie. It helps a bit, that's why i'm using it over the other tunes. And yes i'm very impressed at how stable it is under power. I haven't spun once. But I think I've hit the limit of speed with this tune.:indiff:

So you're going to abandon it?:(:nervous:

I'm going to push on and try and squeeze a bit more out of it. I might play around with the suspension a bit and see if I can get more pace as well. But probably a 1'08.2xx is as fast as it will go for me, possibly a 1'08.1xx.

That's what I thought too (except it was a 1'09.1), then I knocked off 0.6sec from my best lap.:sly:

I'm thinking that tomorrow I might try some different lines through corners to see if I can get more time. If time can't be found I then will play around with the tune.(knowing my tuning skills it'll make it slower.)

 So true, I know you love tuning muscle cars(GM ones especially).

And I know in the full GT5 you'll love my garage, I'll be the only one with loads of muscle cars early on probably. (Even in GT4 my first car was a 4th gen Camaro :sly:).

Yep, Same here most likely.:D

To tell you the truth, I'm really struggling with this combo. I've never had good pace around HSR reverse and I had never driven this car up until today. There's no way i'll beat Timppaq's insane time.:scared::crazy: What's even scarier to hear is that he's got more left.:nervous:

Timo hitting a limit? Not a chance, he could do one lap in 10sec flat if he put the time and effort in.

Just had an hour session with the TLD tune. Thanks for the tune. Hoping to get in the sub 1'09 for this. My problem is getting my best 3 laps all together.

Time 1'09.022

Well three cans of Stella since my post above I would say drink and drive!! New fastest lap, only bad thing is I'm still trying to string three good laps together! I think i'll call it a night there and get stuck into the rest of the cans.

1'08.794

The bad thing is that you will have a temptation to go and hit someone, probably your partner. ;)

*looks in cupboard for what he has and takes a gulp of air...

New time

1'07.565

And happy with the tot. time.. :dopey:

next chance will be on monday for me, so I might run for that easy .3 in my total time still. More so if there's a certain person posting .4 or below times.. ;)

I felt like I hit the max with Blitz tune.

SESSION II: Blitz Tune (Sorry Man)
1'08.263

Session III: DC tune
1'08.194

I certainly feel a 1'07 is possible for me.

Quick session with a slightly modified TLD tune:
1'08.167 1'08.133

I'm starting to find some speed, but still struggling for turn in. Trying to tune the car to suit my driving style a bit more.

The lap is not pretty, but the cockpit view is! This is the only car where my laps from the bumper cam and the in-car are reasonably close.

Nice laps from all the divisions. I find the lack of a ghost car option and red/blue split times less distracting, I just worry about where I am supposed to be on the track, not my position versus my fastest lap.

Great combo.👍👍

After testing out all the posted tunes i have a new fast lap of

Fasted Lap: 1'09.283 with TLD's tune (as posted)

bigracer: My username still doesn't have TLD beside it, and I could be mistaken, but I think GTP_DutchCustoms (NLxAROSA) uses a wheel these days.;)

Poor final lap. Liking the TLD tune atm.

Cheers for using my tune everyone, support is muchly appreciated especially in this week where the tunes used matter.:sly:👍

This will be my first free full weekend of the year :ouch::nervous::indiff: in which I'll have plenty of time on my hands for both the Event 02 final and this lovely combo. My aim is to beat Lars this week using his own tune

Big board update. Linkage is division sorted 👍 keep them fast laps coming friends!

EDIT to Paul: sorted & thanks for the remarks 👍 I will definately try your setup this evening. Want to elaborate where your tuning name stems from?

Question: TLD's tune for the Corvette says S3/+4/85%, while the race specifics say R3 tyres are to be used. How should I interprete this?

Thanks bigracer 👍. I'll double check with NLxAROSA that he uses a wheel now but I'm 98% sure.:) Good luck beating him, but don't be scared to try my tune too.:P

The Lion's Den? Well, the Holden symbol is a Lion holding a stone, and Lions are the king of the jungle, so I wanted something Lion related. The Lion's Den sounds like a mystical, powerful and dangerous place to me, the name just rolls too. When a car enters The Lion's Den and encounters the Lion the car emerges a different animal.:sly:

Best lap so far:

1'08.413

EDIT: This time was with TLD tune as well. :)

Sorry one more time.
