I'd like to ask a question to all you TT'ers.

What's your reason for not joining our online races each week? Is it the timeslotd? The length of the race maybe? Or are you not used to racing online? Shoot! Let us know.

You can find the threads for these races in the GTP_WRS-Online Events subforum. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/board/gtp-weekly-race-series-online-events.248/

I would love to do them but It's rare I'm not away on a weekend or not doing something a Saturday night. And midweek it's more a case of fitting GT in when I can, but I'm usually away with work and either away or travelling back Wednesday.

I would love to, but I like many have limited playing time, Saturdays are never available, and the Wednesday nights almost work, but I don't have the full hour to dedicate to it most nights, and when I do it is normally 9:30pm to 10PM when I start, well after the NA races have started.

Now I did have to buy a new headset a couple months ago and I got one with a mic, hoping that one day I could join the races.

One last thing, as one of the slower drivers, the one time I did partake in one I was just driving around in the back hoping to not get lapped by the whole field (I think I did if I remember correctly). My skill level is not that good for a whole race, I can turn 1 good lap here and there but most of my laps(especially this week) are me sliding to the grass seeing how hard I can hit a wall, or doing donuts on exit of corners.

This is why I love the TT's, I can do them when I have time, and do them for as long as I want. And when I go careening off the track at 150mph it is only my lap that is wrecked, not someone else's race.

I work on Saturdays plus I don’t have PlayStation plus or an internet connection fast enough for online play :(

I've enjoyed all the races I've taken part in, but the times just don't work out for me at the moment.

WW 8am Sunday morning (not going to happen)
EU 7am Thursday morning (super not going to happen)
NA 2pm Thursday (can only happen if work is slow)

No real reason for not joining, real life has just gotten in the way. Work, uni and the family take up too much time. Sometimes a good gr. 2 daily gets in the way. I'm going to try and make the eu races more often.

Only .052 at the line but they all count!

Can probably improve a tenth or two each sector but it's stringing them all together, as ever, which is the issue.

About 0.5 off optimum at the line.

Not run a WRS for years, but the daily TT championship I normally run is having an off weekend, so thought I’d give this a go.

Haven’t driven the stock GT3RS for a long time - I’d forgotten what an understeering mess it is with +1.00 rear toe. It’s much nicer to drive with that removed.

Suzuka remains one of the all time great tracks :)

Had my first small session, and kinda like the car, but not so sure anymore.

It's rarely that I get to be there and won't know until an hour before if I'm able to race, so I don't sign up. Lately I been forgetting about it.

I'll try my luck with the FIA sport stuff and that seems to be on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and then the WRS will be too much for me.

Format wise I'd like to reduce the races to 45-50 minutes and more events done as sprints. Think the last NSX event was a bit over an hour, and was an awesome race, but that's a bit too much for a casual pick up and race format in my opinion.

I do the Ring Rats every Sunday which is also casual, and much longer races, but that's somehow different for me, not sure why.

Welcome back. Nice splits. You can't tune though unfortunately, unless you're talking about the stock setup?

Thanks mate :)

Yes, I mean the stock set up (for this event) is terrible. I normally drive it with zero rear toe and custom diff, and it’s much nicer.
