I'm betting there will be some pretty quick times from folks using TCS. It is a very touchy car.

I tested the combo and forgot to turn off the default TCS 5 at first. Was completely undrivable, massive understeer followed by uncontrollable snap oversteer. Much more enjoyable and predictable at TCS 0.

Thank you for the advice; bb set to 4/6 and I now brake full str at turn 1 during gears 4 and 3, and ease up after putting it in 2nd gear that I hadn't thought to use. After trying the hairpin in 1st I concluded that is not for me. Again in Spoon adopted 2nd for the )econd left.

Had a dirty lap, went way way inside - and sideways - at the hairpin. So this lap was much delayed.

I tried a few laps with sports hard tyres, and that's more manageable. What you do is what you know.

Kevin followed your advice about TC with the Miata, but I'm running TC at three this week

If it helps, my DS3 lap was done with TCS at 7...it feels pretty good with that much computer assistance

I also spin out every single 🤬 time I go near a curb exiting a corner

It understeers until it oversteers then understeers some more until it feels like oversteering again. I don't know how anyone can tolerate driving a car like this.

I'm used to treating the fun pedal with respect. My real life car is nowhere near this level of crazy but I can't just put the hammer down coming out of a turn in first two gears.

In touch with my division now but I think we are just one day away from some D2 drivers posting a 1'42 T2

I'm an former school teacher myself, loved it back then but I think there were consequences. I'm all for the preservation of sanity after dealing with 12-17 year old buggers for some years...
Tc at zero and a DS3 this weeks is for those who like challenges like learning mandarin in two weeks, lighting fire by rubbing sticks and so on. All my admiration for those brave enough.
Me, I can't handle this beast without a bit of digital sleight of hand...

You are pushing too hard. Try slowing down a bit and learn the limits of the car. It is not easy but it is not impossible to drive either. I am sure once you have given it some time you will enjoy it!

After you run few laps you will be surprised how friendly you can get with some of the curbs.

First splits. The online race on this mean beast is gonna be quite a show I reckon :scared:

Tc at three a lot less intrusive while still preventing massive wheelspin IMO.
Probably can find another 2 or three tenths but after that is magic lap territory...
