Assuming a new post is still required for new splits. 0.33s at the line. Shifting @7200rpm, is that a good idea? Experts?

Back to Monza for one last run, and then packing and sending the G27 to meet its maker (literally!). They have to receive it before they send me a new one...

Why you double posting? ;)

Just got a few laps run now. Sucks I missed last week but had a lot going on in life. First splits

30.200
57.750

I see a lot of time coming off of this one. At least 1 full second off both T1 and T2. Just need to pull it together.

First splits - first corner is no fun! Drift or die in that one.

Still a bit more time to find if I get the first turn right, and find the right braking point for the 90 degree right turn. My sector 3 is terrible on this one as well, so I have some time to find there as well.

Just a "boundary" question before I get a crack at this tonight: is there anywhere you can run 'out-of-bounds' at Rome? In my mind it is like London where the walls are the limit... But I haven't tried the combo yet, so I was just wondering:dopey:

I would say the area to left of the final right hander is no no. I've also strayed over the white line going into the left hander just before t1 when experimenting with lines off the first corner. Not sure if it is possible to get a full car over it though

This is what Gravitron has said:

When you see this in the rules on a city track:

  • All hard surfaces are track
...then it means all the run-off areas are legal. 👍

EDIT: Just watch out for walls! :scared:
