Just curious, I see some are adjusting torque split and brake balance. When using the courtesy car per the instructions these adjustments are not available. What am I missing?

Are you using the MFD once you get on track? They both should be adjustable there.

I improved a little in every sector but I am still loosing a ton of time in the 3rd sector. Starting to think that the deadline will be here before my eureka moment :boggled:.

1 thousandth between us  I'll let you know... my final sector was way off. Running the Sport races here tonight with the Focus (a tank), I found some new lines in slow motion.

The online races on Sat should be controlled chaos! :mischievous:

Controlled eh? That does not describe this car, at least when I'm driving it. It's like trying to bareback a Deinonychus!

Google it! Now Jurassic Park will make a bit more sense!
My 9yo brain was most upset by the lack of feathers.
Now I'm incensed. Because I'm a 'grown up' and I know what that means.

First run at this today, 15 laps done. Tricky little combo!

Can still see a lot of potential improvement, have seen faster splits, just doing them all together in a full lap is the hard part as always.

Currently running TC 0 BB -2 and TD 50/50.

Having it at 50/50 means I can have the TC at 0 which cuts in far too early I think for this car.

Better splits and finish, so it'll probably be it for the week.

But... I seem to have the "replay-quit-at-line" bug where it quits exactly at the line, before final time is shown. I did drive the following lap to the last chicane following my ghost and doing a fast checking. Based on the thread discussions I thought that would be enough to avoid it, but apparently not.

Did anybody find a solution to verifying the final time in this case? :scared:

Not much run time this week, plus mistake over tyres.
Car is totally different on SS
Anyway

Still suppose it means there's plenty of improvement possible. Better get on with it then, can't sit here in my racing seat talking to you lot.

Brrrmmm, brrrrmmmmmm..........

Phew! Disaster avoided for me and for now. :boggled: :dopey:

New splits and this time I drove a full lap after the fast one, and I got a normal replay saved. :D

Time submitted and accepted. Still enjoying driving this very fun combo, so I might give it another go though. :D

Good and good?

Quick question, if I hit a cone (because for some reason I set it to have cones near the corners) I take it that’s not a dq as long as I’m 2 wheels on track?

This may be it for me...used 4th gear briefly in the two high speed left hand sweepers and different lines to improve my overall time.

50:50 TD
3 BB

26.517
18.565
27.818

26.658
18.621
28.199

TD 45:55, BB+2

That might be it for me. It's giving me fits trying to be precise with it and having it seemingly behave different every time around. :irked:

That said, this one is a full second and a half better than my previous best. My optional says there's another .2 in it but putting at all together on one may take me another week. :D We'll see what Sunday brings...
