First Splits for
Daytona Road Course
Clio V6 Sport '00

T1: 35.025
T2: 1'04.428
T3: 1'22.985

I guess I'll see what the Speedway gives... Most of the time's in the road course anyway

Really enjoying this combo, mainly due to the car. I hadn't driven it before, but I now know I was missing out!

Tuned version on Speedway:

20.797
34.043

Not perfect but the time is probably going to be won on the road course.

Standard Clio on Road Course

34.715
1'03.837
1'22.119

A steady but solid lap, though wasn't pushing much through turn one or the bus stop (the two hardest for me)

Then went on to do the Clio race on Suzuka East. One of my favourite events in the game - felt like a proper touring car race.

Thanks for the welcome :). And I'm in D3 Gold.

I've been waiting

Great job with Luxy steven! 👍 👍

My first go at this:

Speedway/Tuned Clio
T1 20.764
T2 33.935

Road Course/Clio
T1 34.569
T2 1'03.781
T3 1'22.022

Now heading back to week 36 and Golf x3

The Speedway combo is a bit boring, N3 tires make it slightly more interseting but still boring.

Yes,it can be boring, that why I combined the Speedway track with the Road track.

But there are always a few racers who love the oval.

I have searched for along time to see what combo is possible for a WRS week on the speedway and still to do for all divisions.
Still haven't found the right one yet.

A combination like this week has at least a little Speedway taste.

Yeah, I'm not dissing the Speedway or anything. I fully respect your choice sjaak 👍. In fact, I'm grateful that my first WRS is a fairly forgiving combo. It's just that the Oval isn't my favourite track. With this week's duo combo, I can see myself spending more time on Daytona Road because it's just much more fun to drive.

I'm just happy we're on Dayton Road this week. It's my second favorite after London Reverse.👍

Lovin the Speedway! 31 laps in, I'll have to see if I run it any more, there's not much to gain here, maybe .050 to .075 would be my guess.
T1: 20.651
T2: 33.807
Best turn 4 exit out of all my laps too.

And you gotta love the road course too! (Though I suck at it due to lack of practice there)
T1: 34.999
T2: 1'04.299
T3: 1'22.799

The RC times end with 99 cause I don't remember the exact ones, but those'll do for now, they should all improve quite a bit yet.

Great Sector times on the Speedway, Trievel :) Best Sector out of the field.

my first sector speed was fast going around at 158 on the first apex but lost time out of exit. kudos to you 👍

I think the ceiling would be around 20.600
I'd be very surprised if anyone goes faster than that.

Improved Road Course splits:

34.497
1'03.703
1'22.106

Super bus stop (fluke) means total lap is pretty good, and I doubt I'll improve on it because I'm away Thursday to Sunday. However I think there are a couple more tenths to be found on the oval.

Some minor improvements after spending another 30 laps on each combo . Still trying for the personal best overall lap though.

Daytona Road
T1 35.226
T2 1.04.459
T3 1.22.807

Daytona Speedway
T1 20.881
T2 34.052

New Daytona Road splits:

Daytona Road
T1: 33.930
T2: 1'02.614
T3: 1'20.792

I think i'm done on Speedway, I may have one or two more cracks at Daytona Road but i've already put in a huge amount of time working on improving, at least 4 times my usual WRS amount. Eyes are sore now...

It shows too, great splits.

My first attempt:

Daytona Road in Clio V6

1'03.645
1'22.023

Daytona Super Speedway in Clio V6 Tuned

34.020

New Road Course Splits:
T1: 34.799
T2: 1'04.099
T3: 1'22.499

I can still see 3 tenths in almost every turn, so who knows, put 30 laps in last night, starting to see some consistency, instead of crashing in turn 1 every other lap
