Couldn't manage a better time today. There were runs that i saved 0.1 seconds off T1 but lost 0.2 and more in T2. Lack of consistency on this one, i'm out. Good luck everyone!

I was messing with some different techniques yesterday, including short shifting before getting on the throttle in 3rd.

I found that good old fashioned throttle control and keeping the car in second until redline was faster for me. I changed to BB 0 and it rotated the car more on exit, but I could control the slide, it was not as snappy as BB 1 or 2.

Shifting while the wheel was turned just upset the car, and not winding it out slowed you down ever so slightly.

I was short shifting in the WW race on Saturday and was able to come within a tenth of my quali, although on half a tank of fuel or so.

So like I said, short shifting only slows you down a bit, but was well worth it for fuel save and being able to 3 stop the online race. I was shifting between 25 and 50%, depending on situation and where I was in the stint. You could average 40% and make it 13 laps on Map 1. Winding it out used the fuel in 10 laps.

I left about half a tenth from my optimum in each sector, I don’t think that’s too bad after I’ve been gone so long. I don’t trust that last corner though, so we’ll see in the results.

That's enough for me, I can see from my optimals that there's better out there but just can't put it together, slightly slower splits but a better lap.

I am finished...considering I was ready to quit after 100 miles, I am pleased with my time. I had a goal to improve on my poor performance here in week 19 and I have accomplished a significant lap time improvement relative to the overall leader.

Ahhh Blooming annoyed I missed the deadline to submit
Be super busy since Friday and wanted another go tonight, I got back late and was just so exhausted after a long weekend I fell asleep at 9pm!.
I had gone faster than my current fastest sectors on Friday night, slightly slower by sector 2 but the best last sector I think I could ever manage, shame, but doubt wouldve been enough to be top.
Well done all, was a good combo.

I lied. I actually tried again. Had a superb run 2 minutes ago, under 13.7 in T1, under 13.9 in T2 and T3 got botched completely. Submitted already, good luck!
