Wow! Lou8Ball made that close! Nice job in your first event. This was an odd week for me as I did my fast lap early on and spent the rest of the week chasing it, ending with a frustrating session last night.

Excellent win for Wilco in D3 (making a habit of strong podium finishes now :sly:)
Thanks! But that's the benefit of hanging around, I count 5 former members of D3 ahead of me. :sly::dopey:

Well done everyone who got on the podiums, I'll post my replay tonight or tomorrow morning.

Congratulations to all podium finishers and to Zocker for his overall win. 👍👍👍

I had some flat 1:12's and all of sudden there appeared my current time two tenths faster than my best, to improve my time I would have had to spend a lot of time and I doubt very much I would have beaten Zocker's time.

First WRS for Zocker and first win, very few can achieve that, well done mate. :D 👍

BTW, what happened to Chris and CICO? I can't see their final times.

Here's attached my PAL replay:

Congratiolations all winners! and podium finishers 👍

Congratz to all podiums 👍, and people going sub 12.

Congratulations to all podium finishers and to Zocker for his overall win. 👍👍👍

I posted in the thread Ramon, my last sector was very bad  and I didn't see it improving fast either. My final time with these splits was xx.xxx :(.....
I have had better last sector about .150 better but still mutch slower :P.

Thanks Dale!

Thx guys

I´m so happy about my first WRS-Victory :)
I did so many laps on Eiger R. in GT5P so i knew i nailed T3 nearly perfect.
Also it was even 2/10 faster than my previous best.
But i was worryed if thats enough to beat Ramon, had to remember the Eiger TT at the Seasonal Events

I can´t upload the replay now but you´ll get it at the evening.

Can't wait to see your replay, congrats again.

Also CICO, a friendly reminder of a certain rule you violated in your post.
Please correct that.

Satisfied with the result, I was (possibly) on my way for a sub 1'12 lap but my last corner was a bit to average :sly:
Very nice combo, enjoyed it very much 👍

Yep. 👍

Drivers who do not have a submitted lap posted in the results are not to post any information related to a laptime they might have achieved in the results thread. Any such posts will have the times removed.

Al, outstanding t3! I don't think I could have managed that with another week.

As usual, the d1r's were ridiculous. I have a better chance of discovering the Higgs Bozon than running a lap that fast. I figured a 11.9 was possible but 11.7 is unreal.

Happy with my lap. My perfect lap would have been about .2 faster, but perfection is a rare thing.

Will post replay tonight.

Congrats to all winners and podium finishers.👍

My lines were basically the same as Manuelos's but I've taken some corners way too slowly (mainly the corner which exits on the straight).

Cheers everyone and congrats again.

Edit:
Viper beat me to it... :grumpy:

Thanks Carlos and the_wilco 👍 I'm very pleased with my first event.
So close in the end just a couple of hundredths!
Well done to all the podium finishers, and some amazingly fast times in D1.

Will post replay this evening.

EDIT

Thanks Hasselmoff 👍

Thanks viper and energizer! Nice to have double verification of my lap :-)

Div 4 clean sweep in the handicap results, nicely done guys. Really impressive times from all involved and another great turn out. Congratulations to all the podium placers and also to those who hit their targets.
I have a bit of spare time to check some replays but their isn't any remaining to check so thanks Energizerrr and viper84 for your work.

I think if you check again, you'll see that mine is better than yours. I suck, but you suck just that little bit more :sly:

Quite obviously, no offence intended :P

Arrgh, dammit:dunce:. I guess I will just have to suck a little bit less next time around :P. Having said that, tenths, not hundredths were the problem for both of us in T3.

Indeed - having watched Zocker's replay (outstanding lap by the way  and looks clean as a whistle from the youtube replay) I can see a few areas that were obvious. I think in general I spent too long waiting for understeer to scrub off so that the car would turn. Zocker uses sharp dab of the brakes to get some weight on the outside front to flick the car around. This allows him to get on the power a little earlier. All my lines were OK. He's also used 2nd gear for the two long double apex corners, again to help get the back around. I tried it on both but was more consistent using 3rd.

I guess that's why he is div1 Alien, and we are div2 Silver...
I think I lost most of my time in the two right-handed hairpins.

Congratulations to all who made to the end of this crazy week,
specially division and podium winners

A word for Zocker and is first win, after watch your video just
Also to all below 1.12, just amazing
Can´t help to mention Red, some months ago on D2 and now fighting with the best 👍

On D2, a word for Matt (that wheel is starting to show :sly:) and to Baron 👍

Also to Wilco and just insane by Allibubba

Really happy with the result this week, with so many players and being again on D1 pace :scared:

As Fetchy didn´t accepted my splits here they are
T1: 10.641
T2: 19.777
T3: 41.879

I will ask for someone to help decide if its allowed, the rest of the lap is clear, i took a pic of the car where it was the closest to the outside of the track, to me it still remain on tarmac but since its the first replay i watch another opinion would be appreciated! :)

It's clean.

As long as he doesn't touch the barrier on his right side, that is.

Alright, thx Speedy :)

Well done Segovia
