Luxy is offline at the moment guys ... I was just updating it and it gives no response. I guess we'll have to be patient.

:D actually it's a funny incident because of the work Joost is doing for Luxy2 and our discussion about the safety of putting it in a private server.

EDIT never mind, Luxy is back, perhaps a bit sluggish today :)

Had a go earlier, matched Tacuechis P1 split times and had a reasonable last sector, but exited without saving the replay, doh! Will try some more later, last corner is difficult to negotiate under pressure.
 
New splits...little fatser T2,much faster at the finish line...

T1:0'15.742(been much faster there,but had a good exit speed from turn 1)
T2:0'31.867

Had a reasonable run thru the last sector,but lost a bit in the last corner...still much to be improved there!!...

I've been distracted with COD recently, so I thought I should get a bit of wheel-time in. 👍
First 20 laps or so gave me these splits:

15.734
32.296

More to come if I don't get distracted again.....

Ran a quick half hour stint and managed

15.653 (15.567)
31.676 (31.587)

Very committal last sector yielded a clean fast lap time. Cheers
 
Some new splits

T1: 15.589
T2: 31.825

Looking at Mr Webber's T2 splits there's at least .1 there for me to improve

Had another stint on this tonight. Only result I got was pure frustration and despair :scared: *sigh*

It is a tight track isn't it?
I would not want to go around here with a pad as I would believe that the pad is the cause of your grief.

At first it's easy to take some time off the lap but after awhile it can get frustrating trying to find the little bits of time, you know, those tenths, then the hundredths and so on.
And then the walls. :ouch:

My first splits show me to be slow at first but it only represents a clean lap.
My fastest so far are T1 of 15.799 and a T2 of 32.500 in laps with the slightest of touches.

Hang in there Bart, sit back and let it come to you.
Sometimes pushing too hard gets us nowhere.

Can see the parts for a better T2, but this was a good 3rd sector.

Very fun combo by the way! I'm an ex GT4 drifter and have been out of the game for about 3 years, so I love the oversteer (however it is indeed murdering my laptimes).

My first 12 laps yielded the following:

T1: 0'16.056
T2: 0'33.029

Question: I see there is reference to the Lotus's power and weight...is this stock figures or should we adjust it somehow? Is this even possible in TT mode? Noob sorry...

No racingfreak01, the Arcade mode has no option for changing this...you're up on the board 👍
 
In TT mode you can't adjust the car. This is only possible in Arcade races, Online mode and the challenges.

I hope to join in this week. But i'm not sure if I can find the time as i'm still very busy with Luxy2.

Welcome back Mad, I've been using your previous replay in this event to help me improve, will post some splits very soon.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome back, really enjoyed my first session back too. :) Bit of a change from PC sim racing that's for sure.

Hope the old replay helps DGiant2000, but wow, did that lap such a long time ago.

It's because it's what we do. ;)

A nice reference to check to make sure you are in the right car as well, since some of the car descriptions can be ambiguous. 👍

Oh, and welcome back, Mad. :) I know you're running your own series again soon, but don't be a stranger. :sly:
 
Good to have you back Mad, impressive first up splits!!

Ran another quick one and managed to improve by just under a tenth, but not really satisfied with the lap as consistently I was .1 faster at T1 and T2, only to botch the 2nd last corner, the hardest corner in the circuit by far.
