I tried both cars, and came to the conclusion that one was faster than the other.💡 However, the slowest one was the easiest to drive.

Man, I love muscle cars.
I felt like a fish out of water tonight now I finally have my wheel fixed it's been a while since I last drove, but at least my splits are OK. I was going to complain about the lap a whole heap, well I may as well anyway.
Degner 2 needed to be smoother, I ran slightly wide at the hairpin, I well and truly overcooked Spoon 2, and Casio was OK but could have been slightly better.
T1- 52.832
T2- 1'36.645
Plenty room for improvement.

That is done using Paulie's tune for the car I'm using. Had to push pretty hard for those splits too, so I'm not expecting much improvement on those.
I know I'm losing a bit of time because I'm using the controller, but how you guys are managing 1'36 is completely beyond me. I guess you're all tuning wizzards as well

Me? An alien? Not likely.
When it comes to muscle cars controller users are at a more serious disadvantage than usual, I think you'll find that's the problem.

My left analogue stick on my sixaxis has become very sticky and doesn't centralise itself properly sometimes. This has become a problem with both of my controllers. Does anyone know how to fix the stickiness? I've done a slow 1'38 with my crooked controller but I'm not playing much of my ps3 at the moment because it feels uncomfortable and I'm not putting in the times I should be.
I think I'm gonna have to buy a fresh sixaxis ready for the GT5 demo. I'm hoping to have a real go at this combo at the weekend. 👍

I had another go tonight and couldn't improve yet, but it's more for lack of persistence and due to the fact I'm still a little inconsistent thanks to the month of not being able to play. But anyway, I saw a 1'36.58 before spinning at 130R, and that was with quite a lowsy hairpin and Spoon, I'm pretty confident a 1'36.4 is possible for me and another 3 tenths off my lap time. I've had a number of 52.7s at T1. Now I won't be able to have another crack until Sunday.
