It's not your PS3, per se, that is PAL or NTSC. It's actually a difference in the analog televisions. But with digital signal now being more and more common (HDTV Signal Using HDMI or Composite Video Cables), either game version can be run on either PS3.
By default, you most likely have PAL, in your area of the world. For the most part, NTSC is found in North America and Japan.
OK - And I've had a chance to check the final 2 replays tonight as well.

Nice use of the gears to keep the car pointed in the esses. 👍 And also, nice job of keeping it in check when you touched the grass a couple times on corner exits.
Finally, it looks like you forgot to use the times from the top right of the screen when checking your replay and writing them down. Your first lap shows as a 36.455 on the top right, second lap shows as a 36.547. So your actual total is 1:13.002. I'm adjusting that in the results. I can see it was a simple mistake with looking at the center screen time on lap 2, and we only have so many multilap weeks. So, no big issue, just wanted to make you aware.

Nice driving overall. My only suggestion would be do a little less shifting. There's a balance between keeping it in the power and losing valuable tenths to gear changes. Could be that you were using auto trans? If so, my suggestion would be to try and learn manual.
I know it can be tough with the controller, but it will really help you with car control. Thanks guys, we're official on time this week. 👍
