Hi folks!

Feels good to make the podium again. It's been a while. Congratulations to everyone who achieved their targets.

I had to use TCS to get round this week, I think I had it on 2 for this lap. Although I had some success going through the kink in my final session, I lifted slighted here. Thanks in advance to whoever reviews my lap.👍

- Clean. 👍 Good tyre smoking coming out of turn 2... :P TC cost you time at the hairpin but this was a beast to try and tame that torque on C3s.
 
Can anyone check my replay?
I find it strange that my replay is intentionally excluded by PAL replay checkers, even though I uploaded mine just as the thread was posted.

I doubt it was intentionally excluded, sometimes replays can just be missed or yours may have had the same ID number as another meaning the person checking could only do one at once, I don't know. I'm sure someone will do it before tomorrow but if they don't then I'll do it.:)

Sorry for the late replay. I only glanced at the leaderboard quickly and did not see 'replay needed'. I thought only podiums needed replays ? my bad i guess.

@ Chris -- 2---0'54.909---GTP_Jammy (Verified) - Very smooth and clean lap. Using TC is probably what cost you the most time, particularly in the run out of the last hairpin. It was tempting to use it with this car but it really strangled it in the exits. Nice lap though.

I never have used TC before this week. Maybe it's the DFGT pedals, but that much throttle control is almost impossible and surely only done well by D1 drivers. My magic lap was xx.165 (TC on 1). I'm more then pleased to have come within 1/10th of that while pulling off my PB T3. That being said, I am sort of glad i did not podium while using TC. No TC would be worth more time, but only to a very experienced driver with the right equipment.:cheers:

btw- is there a post showing the splits this week? I'm curious about the T3's

Congratulations to Fobia (an exceptional final sector!) and to all divisional winners and podiums!! 👍

As I suspected, my final sector was dreadful, but I'm pleased that I wasn't the only one who felt they were in that particular boat! :sly: As such, I'm very pleased with a podium in my first week. It's all downhill from here! :dopey:

My replay is attached. I had a mild panic before I remembered that you have to export your replays from the theatre :dunce:

I'll admit I wondered about that too! My handicap has increased my time by a handful of thousandths...? I'm assuming there's a good reason for it.

I have it on mem stick and will look at it tonight.

All looks good. Track, car, tires, track surfaces, etc. clean as a whistle.

Really strange coincidence but, in some small way, a nice GTP tribute to the great man. RIP Carroll.
