(Suspicion of Cheating)

Twitchy's lap was under close scrutiny and review, as we had strong cause to suspect cheating on his run (related to car specs).

While performing that investigation, it was also discovered that he was a previously banned member, one who was banned for abusive treatment of our staff, something we don't take lightly and generally does not afford someone a second chance.

We therefore made the decision to ban his account. Rather than dedicate more time and resources to the lap, we've made the decision to DQ it on the grounds noted above, therefore giving all other members a clean handicap for this event and ensuring we have a proper winner.

This decision is not entered into lightly, and carries the joint agreement of our entire race admin staff.
