Dam that's put you just ahead of me
Hope my t3 is faster
You put up multiple 1'11.1's over the past couple days and I was thinking "How is he doing that?!?". 👍 So thanks for the motivation! :D

T3 is just less than a tenth off my fastest, but that's still a lottery so good luck! I might find it hard to go back to this now that the RUF combo's up. :)

Well, not posted anything since Friday morning so an update:

Friday's session was not going too well, wasn't anywhere close to my best time but then, I suddenly was on it for a lap....was 3 tenths down on my previous best lap at S1, closed it down to a few hundreths down by the S2 split and crossed the line 5 tenths up . On that lap, I hit a PB in both S2 and S3. A few more laps after that didn't get close again.

Yesterday, I was in high hopes of improving my time and, after 40 laps of running.......I had hit the wall somewhere on the lap for 39 of those laps:banghead: and the one clean lap I did was over a second off the pace. I had just lost all ability to drive the car for some reason. Can't see me running this event again but that depends on my initial experience of the new combo. Time-wise, going by my sector PB's, i am 4 tenths off my S2 split PB (currently 72.2 versus 71.8) and the same 4 tenths at the line.....if I could find the S1 times again I could improve (PB is a 26.8 but only hit that once). Will submit my time as, while I'm not very happy with it (the only other time I have been this unhappy with my lap was the FXX), I'm not sure if I can get the improvement needed

I absolutely LOVE Nordschliefe 👍

Yes, its a unique track, I also like it, but is very long and difficult  We will meet there somewhere in the future 👍

@Mark_S hold your horses, you may be there but T3 will tell and mine is not so good. I could not improve any in the past 2 days, but will give a final effort :ouch: :)

So after you beat my T2 split it gave me the motivation to have another session and I was determined to gain more time and I gained 0.1 and 0.090 at the line so feel I'm pretty much done on this TT (unless you edge ahead of me again )

T1 26.533
T2 1:11.067

Great combo. When I was running the seasonal I remember not being much faster on S3's than I was on S1's, the extra grip changes the car's behavior, at least in my clumsy hands. I can't get it to stop understeering on turn entry, even with increased rear brake bias. When I go slower on entry I'm not going deep enough and my exit is compromised! I have been faster everywhere but my best clean splits so far:

26.633
1:11.433

One off the hardest tracks to get it all right, can see 10.8/10.9s my pb 11.0 was dirty so this was the next best thing.

26.766
1'11.300

Tommorow another go, hopefully i'm able to string it together

Ok first clean lap in days. I'm leaving at least 3 tenths out there but I don't think I'll ever get close to my best (barely) dirty lap
Probably submitting with these
27.299
1'12.599

While having fun with this combo and learning a lot (like after a wallbang quick reverse and move on :P) I still haven't had a lap which I'm comfortable posting so better luck next week!
