Only a small distance done. In the second half I stuffed up the braking-downhill-to-fast-chicane. Shouldn't be too difficult to leave this first record (ghost) behind and keep it there.

Break balance five / four (ABS 0)

35.400
1:16.500
2:12.684
3:08.200
4:03.634
5:06.367

Slow start to the lap with a better finish. The circuit reminds me a little of the Isle of Man TT Course

35.633
1:15.650
2:10.766
3:05.333
3:58.450
4:59.683

This has got to be one of the most enjoyable yet frustrating tracks ever....very technical and requiring concentration yet one slip up can cause you to lose 8 minutes+ of lap! The way the game red flags a lap is beyond my understanding at this point.....I got a red lap for going about a metre off track at one point (losing me a lap that was 11 seconds quicker than my best!) yet driving head on into a barrier at 50mph due to too late braking earlier in the lap is completely fine and doesn't turn it red  Anyway, managed 1 green lap again yesterday which was a bit quicker and it at least lifts me off the bottom of the leaderboard for now...still enjoying the combo though...the RUF is enjoyable to drive and is manageable although needs some careful throttle at times:

S1: 35.700
S2: 1:16.933
S3: 2:12.550
S4: 3:08.000
S5: 4:02.517
S6: 5:05.250

Beginning to pick out troublesome corners now.

35.967
1'16.583
2'12.317
3'07.517
4'01.450
5'03.217

Just curious who else has pet names for corners? For instance, there is 'Lambo corner' in sector 5. I call it this because in one of the sierra time rallys there is a lambo that slows considerably for the corner which is very aggravating if you are behind it. Also, 'windmill hill' of sector 6.

Also, 'windmill hill' of sector 6.

Haha, or 'wind turbine incline' as I like to call it. :D

EDIT: My current splits are probably my limit on the first half of the Sierra so I'll just try to maximise the last half and look forward to the races later.
