It seems different to the old gt, whenever I restart, it loses my best lap time, its only when you exit that you see a best lap time

What's the deal? How can I see a driving line ghost also? Thanks in advance for your help 👍

Yeah if you restart in TT mode you will lose your best lap.. I fell foul of this many times 👎

Not sure if you mean the ghost of your car? If it is!... it is available to chase if you press up on the directional button be it pad or wheel.. unless you mean the actual driving line? That is available in the options menu 👍

I think you and I have had similar laps. Up by 2 or 3 car lengths on my best lap ghost and miss the last corner braking point just slightly and all is lost.

Not my best S1 but the rest of the lap was pretty good. Big improvement at the line.

I think I know what you are talking about, but it's not what actually happens.

If you restart and then do not complete a full lap, and exit the session, the option to save your best lap is not there.

However, if you reenter and complete a lap, the option reappears, and your old best lap will save.

@Bertracer for you as well.

Edit: I just validated this theory right now, and that's how it works. If you reset, you need to complete a clean lap in order to save your prior best.

That said, if I get a great lap, I am normally obcessive about exiting and saving, so I don't overwrite it with a dirty lap.

I just got back from hols, and realised finally that my r2 button on the controller I got isn't fully pressing the accelerator, it's always at like 60%,if I press really really hard, it goes to 100% but it's just painful and impossible to drive it like that

Will have to try the right stick as acc/decel. I thouhbt it was weird as my time for the last tt would have been over 7 seconds slower than the winning time..... Good to know I haven't lost it too much. Will give they a go with the right stick, I have a new controller at the office I'll bring home tomorrow

This new tt looks mad long. Hoping for the new one to be announced so can get onto that!
