And.........3 Days later, I got around to this.

Didn't realize until I went to watch that you guys were within 0.005 of one another.
I'm not hard wired to this combo like I was at this time a week ago. That said, I also went back and watched my own replay, to see what I did differently. I think the main thing with this combo was to really understand entry speed needed in each corner, so you could get back on the throttle as early as possible. There are also several areas that you just have to find a way to carry more momentum, particularly in the last sector, at 130R and Casio. There were places you could just use little tricks (Like a shift into 3rd halfway through Casio rather than lifting) to squeeze out those extra tenths. Beyond that, there's the obvious of being smooth with your inputs, while using the entire race track.
I've attached a copy of my replay, in case either of you want an on screen view of a quicker NTSC replay. Clearly, I was not the fastest out there on this one. But it might help you understand where you could have gained another 1.4 or so.
OK - On to the last order of business here.
GTP_DHolland (3 Wheels off track)
Dan has been running in WRS for quite a long time, and this is not at all his first DQ. (He's had 2 red flags and 2 black in Prologue WRS prior to this one). We hold all participants to the highest standard in regard to clean and fair racing.
As a note for all participants, the following rule is stated in the Terms and Conditions of Registration, in this thread.
We've extended him some additional patience due to his forthright attitude in regard to the most recent DQ. But this serves as a good reminder for all racers that if you show a blatant disregard for the rules, you'll be handled accordingly.
