It's a very small detail but don't how PD let it get released this way - the current Subaru car used in the TT doesn't have luminous brake lights. The blinkers & reverse light are bright enough but the brake lights hardly light up. This plays a major role when following a ghost.

And it doesn't have control panel lighted, so it's very hard to see in which gear are you without HUD.
This is even more unusual because lights are on.

I guess the weather plays a role here as well? It works ok for me though ... the Testarossa was really bad in that respect.

Last week I wondered despite the lack of space if I would take the risk of changing chassis. But I didn't want folding frames or a ready-made frame. But rather a homemade chassis. So I decided to take the plunge and place an order with aluxprofile.com for 40*80 black aluminum profile plus brackets and screws... Well, I was right because everything arrived this morning (thanks UPS) in just 4 days from Poland. And there is nothing to complain about: perfect cuts, undamaged profile, and everything else was there. So as I don't have much space I had to adapt the length so no seat but the advantage with the profile is that it can be added later There is just one mistake on my part: I forgot the caches...pffff

🤣 Oh come on, we've all seen that play before: you say something like "there's no way for me to improve here", and then the next morning you pull another half second out of the bag. I know have to stay vigilant 🤣
Well sometimes that is indeed true...🤣
I did indeed had a better banker lap this time by changing my exits to third gear 🤣🤣
Tomorrow morning no lapping for me cause I'm off fishing early 🤣, worst of all....this was on remote 🙈 and next session on the TV will probably get me nowhere is that's always the case..... but ill take this one! 🤣

Still lots of sliding so there should be another tenth or 2 I guess, we will see!

Funny little challenge this one!

I'd love to experience the feeling of hopping into a TT, tossing off half a dozen laps and setting a safe gold time. But for now it's 40 laps, get stuck at 3.25% or so and then another 30 laps of ever-increasing frustration until I decide it's time to shut it down for a mental health break.

Check @Tidgney Lap guide for this TT & also follow his ghost. Start afresh when using his suggestions & ghost. You're close to getting a Gold Mate. Remember, patience is the key.

I initially struggled in my stint tonight for a good 5 laps, a good second off the pace. That's when I realized I hadn't fitted the wets. :dunce: Times started to come down and eventually I popped into the 48's. Yay!

Mate You're about 1.3 seconds off the fastest time & yet, You're 195th ranked!!!! That just shows only the best drivers as of now are able to nail this TT. Nonetheless, this TT is fun & a welcome change.

A couple hours ago I got this time thinking 1:48.x should be close. Instead I drove around aimlessly for another 150 miles.
In other news, last night the TrueForce vibrating steering wheel feature stopped working mid-lap, and it was so much easier to drive consistently that I immediately turned it off in the settings.

Really enjoying this one. I did well in the last wet one we had at RBR as well. It seems so much easier to find the limit with these tires in these conditions for me.
Optimals look like I can go deeper...

And I'm not hating my leaderboard of death at the moment. I'm in some pretty stellar company here... Hi @crome !

I spent most of my time bumbling around like a fool as I tried to find the fastest way round the track. I was barely paying attention for the most part but I was a happy kitty because I didn't suffer a great deal of pain. I was left feeling demoralised after my trials at Alsace, fearing that my body had given up on me but no, the track is just a disaster. Fuji is not a disaster because you aren't constantly moving the left analogue stick.
