Oh man...I have never felt so deflated and dejected after a session where I managed to improve my overall time by one and a half tenths!! I continued after improving my time without much success....but, suddenly, I was on a lap where I was ahead after sector 1, further after sector 2 and miles ahead after sector 3....only to bin it in the sand the next corner :banghead: Going to the replay showed that I had set a PB sector 1, a PB sector 2 and matched my PB sector 3 to set a split of .293 (3 tenths quicker than I have managed previously and 4 tenths ahead of my ghost!) :ill: Haven't been able to come close to that again unfortunately...I can honestly say that was the best 3/4 of a lap I have run to date ever in a GT game! Now I'm off to have myself a cry

That's WRS and that's why we come back....

Some improvement for me for now. Almost reached my drink/driving threshold but still an hour or so for 'one more lap'.

21.283
41.150
58.100

I have passed the point of calculating my theoretical best lap.

But I drink all the time

I'm finding it more difficult to improve my lap time compared to last weeks event with a slower car on a shorter track .

Updated splits (even with a T1 that is 0.140 slower than last)

Thats a great 3rd sector Eric.
The best on the leaderboard

You overestimate my driving skills @StanNz but in the process you did me a big favor 👍 bringing to my attention that I made a typo when posting. T1 and T3 were correct but I posted a T2 time 1.00 sec. slower than actual making my 3rd sector look too good to be true, which it was.

What a pity:D
I wish I could have made that mistake with my splits:scared:

So frustrating.. So inconsistant.. poor S1. S2.. then my fastest.. S3.. S4.. to be up over .3 at the line.. crazy..!!

Nice improvement...looks like you have me beat unless I can repeat my miracle lap! hehe...poor S2? It's better than my PB S2!

What a waste of my fastest T1 of the week, 2nd & 3rd sector is almost a combined 0.500 off my PB but this still manages to be my fastest lap. :banghead::banghead::banghead:🤬🤬🤬

I just hope I can duplicate similar T1's often enough to have a chance to string one of them together with a lap that does not have any major mistakes.

Just for Ss&Gs.

Thought I was going to have time to hunt me up a 57 but, did not. Almost forgot to send in my best lap. Just for you all's info, these splits are not the submitted best lap.
They are my bests, out of 100 laps. So, where ever they take me on the leaderboards, I won't be staying there. Why am I doing it this way? Same reason folks climb mountains.
