Frizbe - 13:905 - VW Beetle

New submission format is to help streamline the results for me. Thank you.
you have until 11:59 PM MST (-7 GMT) on the 1st of February to do this. I will accept only one laptime to save my inbox from confusion of having more than one time from people. If you could also state in your final PM if you are using a pad or a wheel.

P.S. I found out that if you go into Multiplayer>Private Race and then set the AI cars to 7 you can run your own personalized Endurance race. Perfect for getting to know the track and it also fattens that wallet a bit ;)

I will update with pictures and such in a bit just wanted to get this up.:dopey:

could ya help us with what is what class?
Iits all coming soon impatient one.

So prelim testing indicates I am about a second faster with the GT450 cars. Or maybe it is the GT-R vs NSX. But with a controller (I was taking pictures) the NSX ran a 52.222 while the best I could get the GT-R to go was 53.5.

Also I know the cars we are using were (to my recollection) all GT500 cars in real life my testing earlier indicates at different tracks enough of a difference in times to split them like this.

Exciting stuff, and great layout Frizbe.
I have been wanting to try something like this for a few weeks now, but wanted to see how many players we could get before trying anything real drastic.

I just tried it and i was the exact opposite, i was almost exactly a second faster with the Nissan GTR than with the couple of NSX's I tried
and that was over 5 or so laps, so no one off:confused::boggled:

I know the math will work out either way but does anyone else kinda think combined time makes more sense?

Right now my 450 time is only about 0.4" slower than my 500 time. I'm thinking that either says something good about my 450 time or something poor about the 500 one.

interesting concept, but, i think ill pass on this round. tsukuba is my least favorite track in the game ... right along with the new york tracks.

I'd say there won't be a ton of difference here given that Tsukuba's a tight track and race cars tend to hate putting the power down on slow turns (TCS is probably fast here).

Tsukuba is a very technichal track and you need to change your line from high power cars to low power cars to make it right. But in this case there is not a huge difference so the racing line should be more or less the same. I like this track but have driven it alot too... Will try to put in some good times during the weekend.

snap.....this is due monday eh? I'll have to see if i can take myself away from mass effct 2 long enough to get a couple times in before then. they wont be great tho. haha

Which GT-R did you use?

We have both the 2003 and 2008 GT500 #23 XANAVI NISMO GT-R.

Which one Frizbe?

Submitted.

Hope people have read its the old GT-R we're using. Also I think it's best if people post both times and not add up themselves.

Weapons of choice...
