Now for the fuel question quote;
I didn't take fuel until the last pit I made, which I didn't need. The car seemed to be a little faster the less fuel it had. I think that less or more fuel in a car in GT5 does make a difference.

Now for the practice race lastnight. That was a blast. The most fun I've had with this game since I started playing.

I didnt need fuel at all lol must have a big size fuel tank :)

The car selection process will be open tonight after the final times have been made official. It will consist of a lottery, your name will be entered into a raffle and a Google tool will asing you a pick number at random, this number will be the order on wich we will all select our cars with the exeption of Atlas and Tissimo.

damn, i was hoping it was going to be fastest first, you know, give the people who put faster times a reward for their efforts ;p

Nice job compiling all that data and running all those TTs; it must have been a real pain going through all of that!
 
I need to buy the DLC and test the cars out tonight then, lol (the GT-R and Citroen). Lol.. I guess I'll push back watching the Indian GP and Walking Dead I have DVR'd from the past 2 weekends, haha.

I'll get the official one up by tonight after we have asessed a final time for PJ. Then we will do the lottery for the car selestion process. So please Tissimo and Atlas, it would be nice if we got your final car choice before then so we can have an idea of availability.
 
So only 14 people will be up for the running? I got my money on Veloci! ...well, not literally :D

Would've been nice if it was more open. No chance of extending the TT? :sly:

Jav and all the other stewards did more than enough all nighters making sure everyone who bothered to do even a single track finished all 6 tracks before deadline. For an entire week. It was more than open to anyone who cared to even run a single track at 11:50pm EST on Nov 5 . :mischievous:

I'll have my final choice by 7pm EST tonight for sure (can do sooner if need be). To narrow down the list right now its the CLK, GT-R, or Citroen. I've all ready eliminated the others just haven't driven the other 2 yet (GT-R/Citroen).

No offense to all the stewards and specially to Jav, i think they've done an amazing job.

I personally did not have enough time to prepare and do any TT's because of College - midterm, had to study all week. Can't really do anything about the deadline - i thought it was very short - i think 1 or 2 weeks after it was announced? But yeah, would've been nice to see if it was a more open where everyone gets a stab at it - with the TT just determining the Order of Car Selection. Anyway, looking at it now, i think it'll be a 3 way battle between Shrug, Veloci, and Tissimo. Not really familiar with everyone else, so that's just my pre-season prediction :sly:
 
SORRY guys. I didn't have internet for Saturday afternoon through Sunday. I really feel left out, I could be in the top 10 times for sure at each track! I've never even driven the Zonda either yet I was only a couple seconds off at Nurb GP/F. If I could be allowed to do TT today or whatever, I'm sure my times would put me up at least mid-pack. There's a few guys already here who've raced with me before that know I can at least contend.

I haven't been paying that much attention (on vacation), but assumed that the TT was for car selection. Then for qualifying you'd have to do a TT (on each track before the race) with your selected car to qualify for the race.

I am sorry we couldn't extend it any lonnger guys. We need to get this going ASAP to give our friends at GT Omega time and a good schedule to wrk with us. The current schedule was the best compromise between flexibility and
quality of the series.

Quetion. Is it 2 cars only, meaning one car can only be used by 2 persons and no more?

i was really hoping that our times determined our car choices, but i still only have one car from list on new account this could end bad for me!!!!
