I just tried to join but it said the registration is over. :(

No wait, forget it, my mistake, I assumed it was proper football.

Duh!

You're out of luck there as well, registration for "proper football" closed way back in September.

With nothing to lose in my semifinal matchup against Villain, I've decided to take a chance and give Rams wideout Chris Givens the start over Jason Avant.

I'm still not interested in a 2 time knee surgery RB, on a bad offense, with a horrible QB, and no WRs, in the toughest run division in the league, for a Goal Line beast on one of the highest scoring offenses in the league.

Poor Spacegoats.

Looking at Villain's quote Omnis wanted to trade with me for Wayne. I never noticed that post until now.

By all means, show me where my logic is wrong. You know I was right, or you wouldn't have spent so long trying to get rid of him. Just because Richardson had a good year, doesn't mean my reasoning for avoiding him wasn't accurate. I chose the safe route, and Ridley remains a top 10 RB. So, again, show me where my logic is wrong. :)

I am definitely not drafting Michael Vick in the 3rd and Brandon Lloyd in the 4th next season.

Hopefully, we can get a slightly more EU friendly draft time but heck we've got ages to sort this out anyway.

1300 total yards, 12 touchdowns, 203.70 fan points.

Actually, it totally means your reasoning was innacurate. He's a beast and he had a great year in spite a weak offense and collegiate injuries. (Thank you Joe Thomas)

I can't tell if you're trolling, or if you just don't get it.

With the choice below, which RB would you rather have?
Bad offense, bad support cast, Rookie QB, WR's notorious for drops, Rookie with 2 knee surgeries.
vs
The best offense in the NFL, Tom Brady, 4 Super Star WR/TEs.

It doesn't matter how often #1 comes out ahead in this scenario, entering the season, the logical choice is to take option #2. Whether it comes out right or wrong, doesn't alter nor disprove the logic at hand.
So, regardless of what you may think, my logic was and still remains sound. The 23 point difference between the two RB's at hand, makes this discussion even more of a joke.

Just want to inform everyone that I'm going into the final with 1337 points.

This is it... Good luck the my main mod in Florida. I shall crush you for the honor of my girlfriend's degree from The U.

(She hates FSU )

Hey, I hate it too. And I have a better reason than she does.

Villain, on a serious note, I'm curious...
Who would you start this week, assuming you didn't trade away T.Rich for F.Gore?

T Rich is out this week.

Even if he was playing most would go with Gore.

Like I said, assuming the trade didn't go through (meaning he wouldn't have Gore, and T.Rich is OUT) who would he start.

I would love to see us do an Auction Draft through NFL.com for next season.

Auction Drafts offer so much more in terms of strategy and getting a roster that YOU want than rather HAVE to have. The general consensus with the limitations of a Snake Draft is that you almost have to go and out and get a certain player if the player you wanted was picked earlier. So for say you wanted RGIII in the first round and he was taken by somebody else, you will probably feel obliged to take Wilson/Kaepernick/Rodgers or Manning as they will almost definitely be taken in the first round by the other guys. You almost feel like the creation of your team is out of your own hands.

With the Auction Draft, you're given $200 to build your roster on a Live Auction. So you can and go out and get the players you want and pay as much as you're willing to pay to get them without the notion that you have to settle with someone as the entire pool is available to everyone. Of course, if you overspend you run the risk of having to settle but that's all part of the strategy.

NFL.com FTW.

That's the point of a draft though.

I understand a draft is to get players whom you want but there is more opportunity to do so in an Auction Draft where the pool of players is available to everyone and the creation of your team revolves around how much you're willing to pay not how much you're willing to wait.

I don't know. Since you're asking me a hypothetical about my team while revisioning my transactions, I'm not sure who I'd have on my team. If my team hadn't changed since trading for Gore, I'm assuming I would've gone with Benjarvus Green-Ellis. 👍

You realize the draft is designed after the real NFL draft, right?

Now, using an auction system for free agents, that's a different thing. In fact, I could work out a system so that your available free agent cash is based on the value of your draft picks so that it is close to emulating the salary cap.

I'm okay with an auction draft, but I'd prefer to do that with a keeper league if we want to go that route.

This has been one hell of a fantasy season. It all rests on Jason Witten now.
